Can not believe we went there & they totally messed up our lunch , & ruined the day !!! Seriously the order was screwed up & cancelled out, by ???, not us !! If we didn't have to be somewhere @ 4p.m , but had a appointment, In the Drink , shame on you!!! Asked for a cheeseburger & wanted onion rings, not tater tots, after waiting a long time, the cheeseburger ended up getting taken off the bill, & we were only served the side salad , & onion rings!!! Not enough time to wait for an order that should have been processed, instead of removing it !!! This was my sister's birthday, and thought we would take her out for a drink, not aggravation !! We got Charged $ 2.75 for a small glass of tap water ( was not told charge for water, anywhere on the menu ) I have a copy of the receipt to show that we were charged $2.75 for a small glass of tap water!!!!! Stopped into this neighborhood bar over the weekend while visiting family in Rocky River it use to be a nice bar to visit. Unfortunately, they were out of several menu items no pizza, no calzones (per the lady that was there) and there seemed to be a bit of chaos in the kitchen. The place was pretty slow, which surprised me since this was the weekend and late in the evening. I’m almost certain the cook was outside when we pulled in smoking which should’ve been an indication for us. A friendly gentleman at the bar told me it’s better during the week when the other cook is in and things run smoother. Stopped by during a CLE trip just for a quick bite to kill time. Was blown away with the great service.
