Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fairview Township

Store#4857: It was raining out, no mats were on the floor, and the floor was wet. I slipped and fell, landed on my right knee and hurt my left wrist. The associate saw me fall and didn’t say anything. When I got to the counter he asked me the name for the order, ignoring the fact that he just saw me fall. I got my order and then told him the floor was wet and should probably be mopped as I just fell and hurt my wrist and knee. His response, “oh, ok.” There were several other people working and no one said anything about the situation. The associate followed behind me and threw a mat down on the floor over where it was wet as I was walking out the door. The mat was rolled up in the corner, not sure why it wasn’t on the floor to begin with since it had been raining for a while before I came in. Then, I got home to realize my pizza had the wrong toppings. I called to complain and a different associate told me I had to bring the pizza back in and they would remake it, or accept store credit. So now I drive to the store a second time with the pizza in hand so it can be checked because apparently I’m lying. The associate opened the box and front of me and nodded his head as if to confirm I wasn’t lying about the mistake. I have never had such a bad customer service experience at this store. I’ve gone there dozens of times, but I won’t be returning after this. I guess I should have read these other reviews. Horrible customer service and they apparently don’t care about simple safety protocol....

Ridiculous business practices. Allows you to order online only to get a call saying they will only deliver no pick up allowed! Are they not in the building making the pizzas?? Ok, I'll meet you at gas station that is right next door and still open, nope! Can't do that not safe. Won't deliver to my hotel that was exactly 4 miles and all highway. What happened to Curbside pick up then?? Drive by, he looks to just be hanging out in there, my guess even if I lived here and was next door he would have found a reason not to make it. Don't stay open until 1 am if you're not going to make an order! And by the way it was only 11. Owners should be looking into this if they are slow at night this practice is causing you...

Pizza clearly was not cooked. When I returned inside the employee said it was cooked I showed him the raw dough...he stated it was cooked. I went out to my vehicle to get my phone to take a picture and he moved my pizza from counter to over the plexiglass and out of the way. I reached over and got the pizza that I had paid for and he told me that I was not allowed to touch it and he was making me another pizza and it would turn out the same way and I would never be allowed back in his store. He didn't need to assert that because I never will be returning to his store.

I took my uncooked pizza and left. Totally unprofessional way to handle a customer having an issue with how food...
