Mamma's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Fairview Township

My family and I always order here. The food is decent but we ordered from here tonight. Large Pepperoni & mushroom pizza and garlic knots. When I got there, there were 5 or 6 of us waiting for our food. I was told to wait a minute…I waited more than 10 mins. Wanna be ghetto white dude walking around aimlessly. I finally get my order, come home and open the pizza…no mushrooms, no pepperoni, barely any cheese on it. Cold. Garlic knots not hot what so ever. I called, ghetto white dude answers and tells me to hold as I’m in the middle of telling him what’s going on and he’s only worried about putting me on hold. Was told to bring it back. Who wants to bring their food back after having to wait an extra 15-20 mins when I was told my order would be ready at 5:58 and I didn’t get my food until 6:15 and it WASNT RIGHT & it was COLD! Do better mammas....

Ordered at 6:04 told it would be 25-30 minutes I waited 25. Got there and was told it would be another 7-10 minutes. The girl at the counter was busy so I tried to tell the guy helping her I believed that was my order telling him what I had ordered and he told me no. So I sit back down and he brings me that bag. I leave to get home and realize they forgot my Alfredo. So I call tell them and the girl says it's there, I run back the girl is once more on the phone the man asked what I'm waiting on I tell him he looks in a box walks away walks right passed me again as if he's looking for something finally the girl gets off the phone ask what I'm getting and it's the very box the man had looked in. They have no organization...

The restaurant is clean and staff is very friendly. As I ate dinner, many times the customers were greeted by all the staff working and normally knew their names. The pizza is New York style pizza so expect it to be thin crispy and delicious. The menu is huge so be prepared to have a lot of food to choose from. I like the Italian myself. I was surprised reading other reviews that were negative. This is a small business owner serving his community. People that complain about the time it takes to get their order have to realize that there’s normally only one driver. Be kind and respectful and appreciate the people that stayed in business after COVID and want to be a community friendly business. Not very many...
