Sabo's Pizza INC — Restaurant in Fairview Township

Their food is good but I am giving them 1 star because of the customer service we experienced. We had ordered a salad with our dinner and when the food was delivered we told the delivery guy he had forgotten our salad so he said okay I'll go run and get it and be right back. We live at most 7 mins away. An hour goes by and he still hadn't brought it back! So my husband calls and asks where the salad is and the manager gets on the phone and very rudely tell him that a salad isn't on the receipt (so instead of someone calling us and telling us thus they just had us waiting for the delivery guy to come back) we explained that we did order a salad and she gets an attitude saying well its not on the recipe so I can't help you. We ordered a salad so obviously the worker messed up the ticket but this manager was basically calling us liars and rudely I might add. I can not believe the customer service this managed was giving us! Accusing us not at all taking any responsibility that maybe the employee who took the order messed up. So whatever we finally get her to say she'll male a new one but had this hug attitude on the phone telling us how big of an inconvience it is for her to make a a freaking salad (which we ordered in the first place!) IN JUNE 2021, 1 MONTH BEFORE the restaurant closed, we were staying at the Erie, McKean PA, KOA Campground and were told by KOA staff that Sabo's delivered to the campground. So to be sure I called and a guy answered and I asked if they delivered to the campground and he said "yes" So I told my husband and he said "ok, call them and order a cheese pizza". So I called back and a female answered and asked me for the campground's address so I read it to her right off of the KOA flyer we got at check in. So first she said I gave her the wrong street address (which I didn't!!!) then she told me that we were too far away for delivery. If I didn't give her the correct address how did she know that we were too far away??!!!! And come to find out we were ONLY 4 MILES AWAY from them!!! I think she thought I was trying to punk them! Update, when asking if you deliver to the KOA in Mckean Pa, they asked for an address, when given the address, you are told that's not the address and we don't deliver there, after reading the response to my review, it said come on, stop, we have delivered to the KOA for years and none of the girls here are like that, (rude) then I remembered I have an app ( proof) that records all my phone calls, if you would like a copy of the conversation, let me know by leaving an email address, My wife and I were staying at the McKean KOA and she was spoken to rudely by a female employee.
