Country Coffee — Restaurant in Fairview

I come here almost everyday and aside from the price not being super consistent I’ve had no major issues- until today…. Why was I waiting for 6 minutes today WITH 2 people working and one other customer on the other side with literally 2 drinks? They took my order right away 6 minutes later my drinks haven’t even been started. There was TWO people working with a total of TWO customers… make it make sense. The barista there on 2/17/2025 at around 1:20pm was flat out rude. If you don’t know how to interact with customers then get a different job that doesn’t involve customer service. The issue wasn’t what was being said but the tone and condescending comment. I try and support small shops with my money but definitely do not feel inclined to when someone like that works there

Worst customer service. There’s one worker I’ve encountered all three times I’ve visited, and she’s consistently rude. On my last visit, I ordered two of the same drinks but in different sizes. Even though there were no other cars in line, she took forever. After all that, she only gave me one drink. When I told her I was missing the second one, instead of apologizing, she said, “Well, I didn’t hear that,” and gave me a rude look—like it was my fault. No accountability, no kindness.
