As a former bar owner and bartender of over 10 years, I HAD to come on and give a review to bring to the owners attention employees that are costing them large amounts of business. The a.m. blonde bartender is literally one of the worst bartenders I've ever seen, and over 10 years I've met, employed, and fired a lot of good and bad staff. This girl is beyond reprehensible. As someone who worked in the industry for over a decade, I cannot wrap my head around the reason that an employee that is severely disrespectful, rude, and disingenuous still has a job while she is literally chasing paying customers out the door! I hope that they take a moment to read the Google reviews, and make the business decision to replace this gal with a more customer service-oriented employee. Your employees are crucial to your success, and no business can survive when they are scaring away polite and paying customers because they are unhappy with the very poor service they receive. Grow up and running this business like a business! Not only will we NEVER return, but word of mouth is powerful, and I will be sure to let people know that there is NO reason to spend your money there to be treated so badly when there are other places that are appreciative of your business. We got told, after ordering food and expressing, nicely!, that we didn't enjoy the service, to leave and not come back. Yep... we'll do just that. Of course being a in the biz for so long, I am probably one of the best tippers because I know what it takes and 25% is my standard. Guess where I WON'T EVER spend my...
Read moreThis is my post from last year.. After almost a year of hoping for improvement, it's time to tell the owners and visitors that in my opinion, they don't care enough. Food is decent, but unpredictable ordering the same exact item. Staff is generally good and attentive. But coming up to a dirty bar with 2 customers in the building is not OK. The biggest turn-off of this place is every single surface... bar, tables, floor.. is grossly sticky. Every step the bartenders takes, along with every customer walking, is a squish because there has been no deep cleaning in what is obviously many years. Will not be back and do not recommend if you want clean.
And here is my review after 10 months of absence, trying to see if was any better. First table I sat at was visibly dirty and wet. Had to move. Not a good start. Ordered breakfast, potatoes were stone cold and the sausage looked like it had been warming for a week.. wrinkled, black. Not appetizing. I can't give a great review to the waitress, because although she was attentive, she doesn't know how to clean a table. This place could be so much better if the owner/operator would read the reviews and actually pay attention to the simple things that matter in a restaurant, and implement better business practices. This was absolutely the last chance at my business, and I definitely won't be returning. Bottom line,...
Read moreI don't usually review, but my service here was truly abysmal. It wasn't rush, and my food took a lot longer than they said to come out. Once it did, they gave it to the wrong table, because the bartender literally could not tell the difference between seven and fourteen wings, and overlooked that one had fries and one had onion rings. Gives me the 7 BBQ instead of 14 buffalo. After I mope for a moment, they did offer to give me a to-go of the buffalo (I can't do BBQ), which is the only reason I stayed and paid. When it arrives though, it's just 7, not 14, and no onion rings. Charges me for all 14 wings. Gets $0 tip and a crappy review. Sorry, Stagecoach, but my experience really sucked.
In addition, while there, they forgot two other people's drinks and gave another table the wrong order. I've worked service. People have bad days. Don't charge me for something...
