Jade Wok — Restaurant in Fairview

Long over due review. This place used to be excellent quality and value. Since covid they have jacked up the prices, however the quality has declined. Most of their food taste exactly the same, anything sweet taste the same across the board, all other flavors, same, bland. You asked for extra spicy? Don’t bother, they don’t seem to even have chilies in their so called “ spicy” menu items. It’s boring and a waste of money. I’d love to support a business who supports their community but I feel these owners may have lost their vision. Tonight was the final straw. Ordered dinner priced items and received the lunch portions where the entree and rice are packed in same container. Today I ordered shrimp and vegetables combination. Not shrimp and mushrooms combination..... No carrots or broccoli were included, like they are usually. Just lots of mushrooms. All they had to say was we are low or out of vegetables and I would have ordered something else or just gone elsewhere. Or, why not just go next door to Publix and simply buy some vegetables. Instead of doing a disservice to customers. Very dissatisfied with my purchase today. And will think twice about returning to Jade Wok. Advise to Jade Wok for the future...a little honesty and being up front with loyal customers...

Ordered a combo sweet and sour chicken. Did not receive my sweet and sour sauce after specifically asking at check out to make sure it was in the bag. I was assured it was. Got home and sweet and sour sauce and egg roll we’re missing. Called to let them know forgot the items and they wanted me to drive 20 minutes back to pick it up.
