Starbucks — Restaurant in Fairway

I have generally had positive experiences with Starbucks, but I have encountered several issues at this particular location. On one occasion, I ordered two Venti drinks, but when I arrived at the window, I was handed a Grande and a Venti. When I pointed out the mistake, I was rudely corrected and told that I had ordered a Grande. Initially, the staff was friendly, but after I chose not to leave a tip, their demeanor became noticeably short and unprofessional.

Most recently, I ordered a Venti drink, only to find it was 3/4 full and appeared as though someone had already taken a drink. Given that I paid nearly $10 for this drink, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality and service. As a result of these ongoing issues, I do not plan on returning to this location...

Recently while showing houses with an out of town buyer we needed a pick me up after a full day of house hunting and decided to pop into Starbucks. This is a newer location and it’s very clean and spacious! I love the modern decor and the baristas were very friendly! I love visiting locally owned coffee shops. However, Starbucks is always consistent and conveniently located. All the years Starbucks has been in existence I had no idea you can get free coffee grounds to fertilize your soil or plantings. Perfect for gardening! Here they had them easily accessible to pick up for free on your way out the door. #coffeelovers #kc #househunting #starbucks...

Went drive-through. Line was long, but quick! Sandwiches weren't very warm, and latté was extremely bitter despite stating I need it "extra sweet".

Disappointed there were no suggestions, and drink was the opposite of what I requested (super sweet PS latté), but customer service was fine otherwise. (She actually suggested reducing the pumps of syrup, instead of finding a way to keep it light, yet sweet.) Needless to say, ended up...
