Young lady making coffee embarrassed me in front of my family and an entire room full of guests. My $20 bill flew over the counter as my family and I were debating who would pay, and she scoffed at me loudly requesting that I don’t throw money at her. Insinuating I was throwing cash at her like a stripper. I swallowed my anger and basically ignored it to not escalate things. But she deserved a good old Karen “where’s the manager” moment. Best coffee near Fajardo by a long shot. The owner (I think Yaro) is passionate and outgoing on top of it. He took the time to explain to us tourists a lot about PR coffee culture, farming and the future of homegrown PR coffee. He seemed to know so many people in the business and gave us amazing recommendations for our travels west to Rincon after our time in Fajardo.
