The Five Four Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Falls Township

Folks I don't just give 5 stars to anyone. It must be earned. This establishment has earned it. My first visit here was this past weekend. My wife and I were interested in staying local and trying something new. I'm glad we did. I'm very familiar with the hospitality industry and I instantly noticed multiple instances were the staff was on spot. My wife is in a wheelchair so going to a bar can be difficult at times because it's either high tops to eat at or a booth. The staff went out of their way to get a table at her level, set up a chair for me so we could enjoy a meal and a drink. The place was packed but they made it happen. They had a live band playing and both of their bars open. The larger one in the main area and the other in their side area to accommodate the crowd. Their was a minimum wait time to get an order. The bartenders and servers were on top of it. I noticed the staff was happy and smiling and what that tells me is it's a reflection of the management and ownership that makes that happen. The food was outstanding. It was fresh which is important for quality. Soup was hot, burger perfectly cooked to order and the menu was diverse, not your typical bar menu. Multiple options including a wide variety of seafood. A bonus to this all is their pricing are great. Not reasonable but great. Went to play music bingo with Jonathan last night. It was packed in the place. But it was good. Till we waited over an hour for our ordered food. Then we waited for at least 1 of the 2 incompetent waitresses to bring us refills on our drinks. Tables near us were waiting longer than us. The "waitresses" didn't even check on us to see if our food was okay. They stayed behind the bar waiting on the patrons at the bar. Asked for a box to take home food I couldn't finish. Finally I got it myself. We couldn't even get our check. The 2 other waitresses were not working. We know the 1 girl was fired. The other girl that was excellent and had a personality who was a new hire wasn't there. Hopefully she wasn't fired or quit! A shame that the 2 waitresses that were there are horrible. No personalities and act like they're doing us favors by waiting on us. They enjoy standing around talking to each other, checking their cells, running for kitchen supplies and worrying about behind the bar activities. (Meaning washing glasses, wiping the bar top, looking at how much booze is in a bottle, and laughing about funny conversation they had with numerous bar patrons. While the table patrons sat staring, waving hands, yelling at them. Things need to be under the watchful eyes...

I really enjoy the people who work here. They're like family you can laugh with them or cry with them either way they're there for you each step of the way making sure you have a good time. The place is clean & smoke free inside, but it sucks for non smokers to get through the smokers out front of the establishment sitting & standing in the path to the door so your blasted with cigarette smoke before you can enter into the front door. They have A seperate Bar & room for a private party with a Punching bag machine & a pool table along with the main bar that has a room when you first walk in with plenty of seating a small Music stage, Karaoke,Shuffle board. they have 3 pool tables in the main room a touch tunes music box touch screen panel, 2 arcade games in the main room a change machine. plenty of Tv's to watch multiple different channels. Plenty of free parking. lots to see & do to enjoy your night such a great place as for the food for me I will give it a 3star rating the food was average not amazing but not bad. it takes allot to get a 5 star rating from me when it comes to food 5stars is when the food is Amazing the best & 1star is when the food sucks really bad & I will tell you if it did & FiveFour...
