I used to go here alot all the staff there is awsome. But since they reopened I can't ever get in there. I've wasted money by abandoning drinks there because I'd be late if I stayed. This place makes the app virtually useless because they don't accept mobile ordering and even if you could the cars block the parking lot so I can't even go in to get my drink. What's made it even worse is I live right next door and I know what you're thinking, well lazy guy why don't you just walk and go get a coffee. I agree with you but usually I'm getting a coffee on my way to wherever I go because I work during the day. And then the biggest possible problem with this entire place the other day I couldn't even leave my house and get onto the road because there was a car that was trying to pull into the drive thru but was blocking 28 so I couldn't even get past it while he tried to get into the Drive-thru line. I feel bad even giving this review just because this has been my favorite Dunkin for the longest time I love the staff there they've always treated me well despite the long lines the food is still amazing when you get it. I don't even know how to solve this problem either all I know now is it's impossible to get in there so I've just been going without unless it's 6 or 7 at night and then yes I can finally get a coffee but then I really don't want one. If there isn't staff enough to have 1 person touching money and nothing else, no matter HOW much of a PAIN it is, they NEED to be using and changing gloves going from taking currency to preparing food. I am speaking from a vast amount of experience in the clinical side of things. I addressed the manager who seemed disinterested and perhaps didn't pay attention during SERVESAFE.
If I were the DM/franchisee, I would want to address this. I understand stuff like our whole order being incorrect yesterday (placed on the app, got sausage instead of bacon, skim milk instead of whole, etc)- I mean I know it's busy and different and trying times and all, but PPE is worn primarily for 2 reasons. The first is obvious: infection control. The second is to instill confidence in the customer/patient that your server/medical provider is taking care to keep you safe. Both are important. Read moreThis Dunkin really needs to be investigated by corporate for its customer service and overall basic functionality of a restaurant. We started out in the drive through about 4 cars back from the order menu with an additional 5 ahead of that. A typical Dunkin moves cars about 1 per minute, 1.5 minutes for a slow location. This place made us wait 30 minutes to get our food! The Bagel sandwich and OJ was fine. However, my daughter asked for a chocolate frosted donut without sprinkles but received one with sprinkles. No biggie, she just asked the employee to exchange it for one without. He comes back with what looks like the same donut with the sprinkles wiped off with a wet napkin! At least that’s what we hope he did, it’s also possible he also licked them off. Anyways it looked gross, and we waited 30 minutes for it. Never coming back to this location.
