In Falmouth and looking for a bite to eat and this place already had some good reviews, checked it out and was not disappointed, kept it simple had a burger and fries, burger was great and one bite of the fries and I told my friend "delicious". I would highly recommend this place, oh and of course great staff as well, a very well deserved tip.

For locals and tourist alike there is a hometown feel that just makes you want to come back. The menu is extensive, the beer selection is ever changing and the best on the Cape that I've found. The bartenders and waitstaff are the real reason this place is a smash hit! 5 stars for sure!

Lovely dinner, friendly hostess, the service was quick, accurate, the food was DELICIOUS. We had the crab dip and chips and ate it all before I could remember to snap a pic. Black n blue burger and BBQ bacon burgers. Perfectly grilled. Again, absolutely delicious.

Let me start with a couple facts. I’m in customer service, and my wife was in the restaurant business for years. We are very patient and understanding. However, our experience at this restaurant was bottom of the barrel. We came in on a Thursday evening, at 6:45 PM, a party of four. Our waitress, Lonnie, did the best she could. It seems she was being set up for failure. She was single-handedly waiting on 80% of the tables. The other two waitresses, both considerably younger, seemed to enjoy watching her struggle to keep up. From the time we were seated, it took 45 minutes to receive a draft beer from the bar. We expressed our concerns, and received a visit from the “manager”, Rachel. I put that in quotations because I’m not convinced she was the manager. She rudely told us that it takes time to pour beer and they were doing the best they could and we were being too demanding. Her explanation was accompanied by eye rolling, huffing and puffing. She then went back and had a good time telling the other two waitresses about our concerns. From that point forward, we got bonus dirty looks from them every time they walked by the table. Our food arrived an hour and 15 minutes after being seated. Once we were done eating, it took an additional 30 minutes to receive our check. We paid full price for our meals, and I left the expected 20% tip, because Lonnie never stopped the entire time we were there. That pained me, because the tip will likely be shared with others. Maybe the service isn’t always this bad, but the issue that earned this review was the overall attitude of the establishment. SUCH CONTEMPT FOR THE CUSTOMER IS DEPLORABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. If I owned the restaurant, I would fire 90% of the staff on the spot...

We are on vacation and looked up local spots to eat, based on the reviews we chose East End. The good: The front of house you can tell works hard to make sure guests are taken care of, they're swift, friendly and keep an eye on their tables. Hear me out, if you're the type of person that doesnt want to enjoy a well made cocktail this is your place, over pour heaven. A rum runner isnt clear bronze. The kitchen needs some serious quality control. While the FOH was moving and turning tables it was clear the kitchen was holding them back and couldnt keep up with the pace, which lead to long wait times for food. Salt my guys. Salt. I ordered the rib eye, my daughter the fish and chips, my husband the pesto and Shrimp pasta. He had no complaints he polished off that pasta! 10/10 would order again. The rib eye, cooked to temp well, was missing any sort of seasoning beyond the herb butter. The sides were luke warm (while the fish and pasta were HOT, leads me to believe mine sat under the warmer while the others were cooked) and also missed seasoning. My daughter who loves a good fish and chips wouldn't touch hers, we gave it a taste and it was missing salt. The fish was tender and breading was good. We added salt and pepper and she polished it off. It is clear that this is a local favorite and what they're doing is popular with the community I wont knock that, it stayed packed the entire time we were there. If you're looking for a large beer selection and dont mind salting your own food (or hey you like it bland, do you.) Then this is a good place...

Easily one of the best restaurant experiences we had around Cape Cod. Went in expecting more of a tavern-esque experience but instead was treated to what I consider to be a five star standard. The fish was perfectly seared and every morsel was bursting with flavor; it was an unexpected treat for what so innocently portrayed itself as a roadhouse. My girlfriend loved her food as well and was even picking off of my plate, it was just that good. The alcohol we were served was reasonably priced and arrived promptly and the service was exceptional. The service was probably the most memorable part of the whole dinner as our server was chatting with us cordially and recommending honestly what she considered to be the best choices for our tastes and proclivities that late afternoon. We just kind of stumbled upon the place, but it was a fantastic experience and one that we will not forget...
