Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Fargo

Ordered a 24 oz extra large. Received a 20 oz large and was told that this was extra large as she proceeded to grab a cup from her large cup holder pile and stand it next to mine. I went outside thinking maybe they made them wider or something and looked in my cup holder where the one I bought this morning for 10 bucks was and there's a massive difference. I brought both cups in and said this is not the same cup and then she decided instead of saying it was an indeed an extra large she said I never ordered an extra large because they don't have 24 oz cups if I wanted an extra large I should have said 32 oz. There is no 32 oz hot drink at caribou, I would know because I would only order that if they did. Either they were completely stoned which is fine if they would have at least fixed the order but she spoke over me and cut me off when I was trying to explain that I paid for a 24 oz drink was given a 20 oz drink and was told I needed to order a 32 oz drink if I wanted larger than 20... Considering the progress made on explaining drink sizes I didn't even try asking for a refund. I just left. Will not be...

I'm always a big fan of this Caribou location. It's close to home, the baristas know what they're doing, and they always greet me with a smile and wish me a good day. I appreciate them very, very much. Some grocery store locations will get the drink wrong (Nitro Turtle Mocha) but this Hornbacher's Caribou gets it right every...

Coffee and food are a 10/10. Sometimes it is the little things.... I'm not sure who made our drinks and food but they added a smiley face to all our items and could tell they enjoyed their job. Very refreshing to see and made the day alittle better. Keep doing the little things....
