I went here after going to a musical at the NDSU festival hall, and it was very nice despite the weather. The prices were surprisingly low, and it was extremely fast preparation. I got the number seven, which is the first time that I’ve had it and I really enjoyed it. Even the pop from the pop machine tasted very nice, which isn’t something that’s common. I have debated coming here every now and then since I go to this university, but never had the chance so after actually going here, I plan on visiting more often now. I highly recommend this place if you like Jimmy John’s or sandwiches like theirs in general. The only thing that I would say is difficult would be parking. This is more of a walk-in store, not a park and get into the building type. You will have to walk quite a ways if you take a car. Read morePlaced an order this evening. The driver called me 4 consecutive times in the span of 2 minutes. I texted to let him know I couldn’t pick up right then. He stated I’d “just have to pick it up at the store then.” I am not able to do that which…. Usually is why people order delivery. I called back when I was able, maybe a minute later, and was immediately met with a rude tone. The driver continuously interrupted me and wouldn’t actually let me provide the specific instructions he was demanding (despite the delivery instructions being very specific.) I let him know his tone and the interruptions were disrespectful and he just hung up. I called in hopes of speaking to a manager that could actually get a driver to deliver it and was met with a severe lack of concern.

Read moreI put in a cash delivery and I got a call over an hour later from the store refusing to deliver my order saying they can’t take cash orders. They told me they called me right away when I made the order and left a voicemail, which was not true. This was the first call I received and I didn’t have any new voicemails. If you can’t take cash, don’t even have it as an option. Telling me you can’t turn your cash option off online? That isn’t on the customer, that is on you as a business. If you are the manager like you say, you need to do better. Deliver it yourself even, if you don’t have any drivers like you say.
