This place is crazy-town. You can't bring kids into the "bar/lounge" area because alcohol is served there. You can't bring alcohol out of the bar/lounge area because of a city ordinance. So, if travelling with children, the waitress recommended having our kids sit at a table on the other side of a half wall so they were outside of the lounge, and we could sit in the lounge on the direct opposite side of the wall to the kids. This is not the fault of the waiting staff, but rather a situation caused by local government absurdity. But the outcome is the same.
