Arghh! I wanted to like this place, but.. We tried their fresh spring rolls and larb. The spring rolls we're so bland. There was a shred of pork in each, and some rice noodles, carrot shreds, and iceberg lettuce, but no shrimp, mung sprouts, or cilantro. With no herbs and so little of the other flavorful components, it was boring. Even with the sauce, we didn't finish them. Then there was the Larb. It was not presented in any attractive way; a sizable wedge of iceberg, a generous pile of seasoned beef, sticky rice, and half a dozen cucumber slices. To say that this was a unique version of this dish is putting it mildly. There was no rice in the meat, also no mint. What there was was beef, red chili (crushed or powder), fish sauce, and nothing else discernable. Furthermore, it tasted off; when we said so, we were told that it was the fish sauce. This may be controversial, but I know what fish sauce is. I cook with it. I have 2 open bottles and 1 unopened bottle in my pantry and fridge. I love Vietnamese, Hmong, and Thai food. Perhaps the food was not off, but as customers, we were dissatisfied and said so to the server. The server acted very strange about it and got excited and defensive, and said there was nothing she could do and we could order something else, but that's all. Because we were still dissatisfied, but didn't want her to make a scene, we tried to speak with her again, apologizing and trying to clear it up. However, she wasn't even able to speak to us. Luckily, we spoke with another server, explained that we weren't trying to make her upset, but we're simply not satisfied with our meal. Thankfully he was very professional and courteous. In the end, I hope our server finds work outside the world of customer service, because it can be really hard to deal with customers, but my wife and I were not pushy or rude. We were saddened by this experience and in hindsight wish we would've just ordered Pad Thai. Then we may have had a better experience. Sorry but we won't be back. Update: I tried it again; I ordered Chicken Pad Thai takeaway (spicy). It contained noodles and chicken, but was bland and devoid of other noticable ingredients. No scallions, peanuts, other visible veggies, lime and no spice. It tasted mostly like peanut oil but...

Update December 2022: The dining area is informal, with little decoration and fanfare. But the dishes are well prepared. Some menu choices appear similar to other Asian restaurants. But some are more unique. My friends always get the cream cheese puffs that come with peach syrup. The warm flavor of this deep fried treat is surprising! The spring rolls are made to order and come with a peanut sauce that is sweet, like a little jelly was mixed in. Beware they are not spring rolls in the vegetarian sense unless you order. But there are many choices for a vegetarian, always a plus. A surprising dish is the coconut noodle dish, on the sweet side and very rich. Each time I order Pad Thai, it seems to be cooked a little differently, sometimes a little soupy, sometimes a little stickier, both good. One annoying thing is the use of cleaners while people are dining. I have a rule, no nearby vacuuming or sweeping, and no nearby spray cleaners on tables. I've seen both these rules broken. Use soap and water, not chemicals that...

This was my very first time eating Thai. My husband has eaten it before and he said this was 5 star food. We started with tofu and chicken satay. I've never had tofu but it completely confused my brain. It had a nice firm outside while the inside was soft. The sauce it came with was good too so that helped the taste of the tofu. The chicken satay was delicious. Their peanut sauce has a little kick but not too overwhelming. My husband ordered the egg drop soup and Bamee Raadna. He said it was hands down the best egg drop soup he's ever had. He said the Bamee Raadna was absolutely phenomenal too. He ordered his at a level 3 spicy. I ordered the param longson with chicken. The flavor profile was great but I had a hard time handling the heat of the curry. Next time I'm going to order it with as little heat as possible. We ended the meal with a khao sang khaya Thai and oh my goodness. The mango was fresh, the coconut wasn't overwhelming, the sweet rice had a great flavor and a good texture. This was a great first...

The atmosphere is kinda blah. The carpet looked filthy at first glance. We asked for hot tea and they said they ran out of tea. How are you outnof tea? We ordered an appetizer and 2 meals. The spring rolls used to be good until they took the mint and cilantro out. I ordered the pork belly special. The pork belly was deep-fried until it was leather and dried out. The rice portion is smaller than it used to be. When the waitress carried out my side of curry sauce, it was sloshing around, and she was holding the bowl with her thumb in it. She had nail extensions, and her thumb and filthy underside of fake nails was inside the curry sauce. That was absolutely disgusting, so I didn't eat it. Look at the portion size in the picture. It's the size of a kid meal, and they charged me $17.00 for that mess. The owner made no attempt to offer any compensation for the trouble we encountered so I won't go back.

Stopped on our way to Minneapolis because we were craving some asian food. Service was great, food was great. The overall vibe of the place kinda lacked. The food made up for that however. Got the sesame chicken and my wife got a curry veggie plate. Taste was great and it came out quickly. The servings weren't huge and we were able to finish both of our meals without feeling overstuffed. We wrapped up the meal with some Mango Sticky Rice, a first for both of us. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavors. Would recommend for a good meal!
