Edit: Update June 2025. We stopped in before a baseball game. My order for the past forever hasn't changed. We ordered 3 double Frisco burgers, 1 with no bacon and extra cheese (see below, my order hasn't changed). My burger, without the bacon, was only a single patty. Now, I am hungry. I would've ordered two burgers for me, but since I wasn't paying, I didn't want to run the check up. It was already $50 as it was. I went up to the counter to see if they would correct my food (should've been two patties), and I approached NICELY. The kid deadpan looked at me and said "that's what you ordered." Keep in mind he needed help with the register to take our order. I DID NOT order that. In the history of Hardee's I haven't ordered a single. I got pissed. I normally don't do that. EVERY place messes up. And looking back at it, maybe I shouldn't have. In fact, I probably shouldn't have. I should have explained to him the RIGHT way to act when a customer tells you their food is wrong. But I didn't. And that is my fault. And even worse, it cemented this behavior in his head because I acted a bit like a Karen and now he is convinced he is right, even though his unacceptable behavior triggered mine. I expect a certain level of professionalism. Not just tell me it's "what I ordered." Make the customer happy. If I need to pay more because you rang up the wrong thing, fine. But don't tell me it was my fault when I've been ordering the same thing for 35 years. AND the other two burgers were doubles, like we ordered. This kid needs to be retrained. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially for the price. $50 dollars. Three burgers, two fries, and three sodas. $50.
My food tasted ok. The ratio of meat to cheese to bread was all off. Not great. Fries were fresh. Soda was fine.
$50. You can get three sodas, three burgers, three fries, and three nuggets from McDonald's for $15. Is Hardee's better? Yeah.
But I don't need to put up with some pimply faced kid being a jerk about him not knowing how to run their register.
Old review: Got the same thing I've been getting whenever I go to Hardee's for the past 30 or so years. A Frisco burger with extra cheese and no bacon, with curly fries and a Coke. I'm not kosher with being lazy and workers making their time look good by inconveniencing the person paying their wage. 2. That food that i was supposedly waiting on was OBVIOUSLY OLD AND REHEATED. The parties were dry. Gross and unacceptable. 3. The order was wrong. I ordered two double cheeseburgers plain. One of them was missing the cheese and the cheese, because of the burgers conditions, wasnt melted on the other. This is my staple order there so I am no stranger to how these things should be. 4. It is a mandate currently that workers wear masks and none of them were. 5. When I went around to the drive thru again and expressed my above concerns and asked for FRESH patties and to make sure both had cheese, I THOUGHT my problem was being fixed. No apology received. However, I opened up my bag in the parking lot next door to find the literally REHEATED MY SAME BURGERS IN THE MICROWAVE (with adding cheese to the one that didnt) AND GAVE THEM BACK TO ME!! Read moreToday I stopped into the Faribault, MN, location with my mother. We were on our way home from an afternoon of Dr's appointments at the U of M, and we were hungry. We arrived there during the supper rush, we patiently waited in line in the drive-thru for about 3 minutes behind 2 other customers. It came to be our turn to place our order, we got to the microphone/speaker and were promptly asked to wait a moment. Not a big deal, however after waiting in excess of 5 minutes I addressed whomever was on the other end of the ordering device, only to be ignored completely. During this time, 2-3 cars that had been behind us got tired of waiting and left, my mother gave herself her pre-meal insulin shot expecting to be served in a timely fashion, her clock was ticking, she had to eat. I proceeded to exit the drive-thru, found a spot to park and went inside to place our order instead. When it was my turn, I was greeted at the counter, I informed the employee about how long I had been waiting for service in the drive-thru, only to be dismissed with an unapologetic comment about the fact that it was busy. I've never had service this bad anywhere in my entire life! After waiting 15 minutes to simply be dismissed, I took my business elsewhere, I will not be patronizing this location or any others in the future.
