TERRIBLE EXPIRIENCE + LONG WAIT FOR UNBUSY RESTRUANT+RUDE WORKERS and it was my first time coming here.also didn't allow little kids to use the restroom even gave additude to the kids pretty sure Blanca's the manager. I ordered a dough jack and received it with a 1/4 peice of bacon cut in half AGAIN.. Rude workers Blanca and Victoria. This place is very stingy with condiments.both workers had negative additudes for no reason even when ordering. When I told them about the little bits of bacon placed they looks at me and asked around to see if what I was saying was true as if I ate them bacons, even when the burger was unaten with just my ranch poured on the bun. They made it seem like I was just looking for a extra free sandwhich. Blanca told me "are you sure because it's already been 2 whole minutes" obviously I wasn't going to eat my real right away 🤦‍♀️ she asked the worker and made it like I was lying. MIND YOU burger completely uneaten. Victoria called out my re made order and a lady waiting for order had also been waiting for a while, both orders came out at the same time and the lady got confused and said it's wasn't hers and Victoria said "I know it's not yours" with additude when she could have just been polite and handed hers. The lady waiting for her order was sweet. About the condiments since poured my ranch into the last sour jack the threw away I asked " is it fine if I get a ranch or two" vitcoria said no and I told her that I poured my last one into the last burger and she said already had gotten a ranch I'm not getting anoher. If I can leave zero stars, I would. my daughter and her friend and my nephew walked in first and they were already ordering. I walked in and then my dad who is elderly. My dad walked to restroom but then told me it’s locked he needed a code to use the restroom so I asked for the code and they said we can’t give you a code until you have a receipt, I said what is a receipt gonna do magically open the door or what she goes. Well, you have to buy something.. ma’am you see my daughter is clearly ordering and gonna pay for the stuff so my dad left his wallet on the counter and said here. I need to use the restroom. The short little manager came over cause she heard me and I started telling her what was going on because the cashier had told me there’s a note on the door that says that we need a receipt to use the restroom. There’s no note on the door and they proceeded to tell me that it was policy. I said, let me see your policy. The cashier didn’t have nothing to say. The manager was trying to explain to me that it is their policy. Then said the owner has it like that I said ma’am, my dad is elderly. he needs to use the restroom obviously we’re here to eat. My daughter is ordering my dad left his wallet on the counter, She opened the door!! I’m not gonna go back there again and support a business that runs like this and I still want to see that...

The manager was very rude! Yelling out the window not pertaining to the food or meal. She knew me I did not know her. My order was messed up on 6/30/2020 Tuesday southwest salad no chicken or crunches and drink strawberry fanta was not tasting right watered down or spout not clean. I spoke to another manger when I called and she said she would replace the food. When I got to drive up Emily the manager said no.only the salad i explained the other manager and I had an agreement and she said "I don't care" I'm only gonna give you a small. I'm not going to argue I had a very busy schedule i said fine is there a another manager she said no ot is only me!! By now she is yelling my name. I figured she got my name from the receipt. I still had no idea who she was. Till I was leaving she started yelling about something at a school? I drove off. I feel sorry for the young employees I hope she is not yelling at those young adults. What about the fanta soda is the spout cleaned often is that why it has a weird flavor. I guess welcome to Farmersville Jack and the box.
