Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Farmington

Wow, wow, wow!!! Freaking Amazing delicious😋😋😋😋😋 breakfast sandwiches here. On the way home to California this early morning, this is the stop we made to get some breakfast before we hit the road. We almost turned around when we noticed so many cars already @Blake's at 7am! We figured big crowds mean good food. We did end up getting food there. My husband and I ordered burritos and our son a sandwich. Oh man, oh man, did we all enjoy the food, it was sooooo good! The burritos were a good size. It's enough for two people if your not a big eater. The burritos had potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese and your choice of bacon, sausage, chorizo or adovada. Not sure what was all in the sandwich my son had. I added green chili to my burrito, it had great flavor and just a touch spicy, made the burrito even better. The staff were also very nice and courteous. We enjoyed our food inside, over the sound of the staff chatting and laughing with each other. Made the place feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend anyone to try this place if you haven't, don't let the small building, outdoor and counter seating fool you. We will be returning the next time we're back in town. Thank you to the ladies/staff that made our sandwiches for us, great job! Your awesome! Wow! I thought I had had big Angus burgers before (Hardee's/Carl's Jr, Five Guys, etc.), but the QUALITY of this "Blake's Lotaburger" (2130 Bloomfield Blvd, Farmington NM 87401) was over the top! Now - their burger patties are smashed a hair flatter than most, but that just expands the diameter. You still get the same cooked weight substance (or it seems like more) than at other fastfood joints. I ordered the New Mexico Style Burger, which includes 2 patties with ALL the fixin's and just enough hot pepper heat to keep you warm and enticed for more. (You can select what goes on or stays off...). I also ordered their onion rings. "Yes! YES!..." and a chocolate shake ("deelish"). ALL good! Note: this seems to be primarily a drive-to (or walk-to as I did from Baymont hotel) take-out operation, but inside there is a single row of round stools at a long shallow table that runs full width of the front store window, and also plenty of outdoor tables and seating. If you don't call in your order but order at the counter, you can sit on a stool and watch them make your order right there, just behind the counter. Hi everyone, so I like to order food around different fast food restaurants in the Farmington area to experience the taste of food, cleanliness, and especially the customer service. But sadly I rate this restaurants one star, the reason I rated them one star was because I checked my order and it wasn't prepared as I ordered it. Staff members have poor customer service and so much attitude. I ordered a breakfast burrito and gave specific instructions to cut my burrito in half and I informed a young lady that the burrito was suppose to be cut in half. She handed me a plastic ware knife to cut it myself. This was shocking. Then I notice all orders that were either ordered online or by phone were not kept in warmers to keep food warm. They were all on the counters and the orders were losing temp to be served cold. Then an older woman who worked there approached me and tries to argue with me, so I informed her that I wasn't here to argue but just wanted the order to be prepared the way I ordered. In all I was disappointed for the customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness. To the Blake's workers: Remember customer service takes the job to show...
