I ordered my food a 6:22pm online. I have a 20 minute drive and I left work 10 minutes late. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:50pm. I told the guy making shakes I had arrived. I waited 15 minutes until 7:05pm, thinking maybe they hadn't made the burgers yet in order to give fresh food. I asked where my food was but nobody could tell me for 5 more minutes when the manager I. Training ing was able to locate it, tucked away on a shelf. I asked the actual manager on duty, Saralyn (I'm unsure how to spell it as she refused to write it down for me) to make me new burgers since they had been sitting for 40 minutes by this point. She said "I refuse to make you new burgers." She also said that I left my own burgers sitting around for 30 minutes. Mind you, I cant walk behind the counter. I then asked for a refund and she refused to refund me my money and I would have to take my burgers. The burgers I left there dying while I waited for them.she said if I wanted a refund I would have to call the district manager. We played this game for several minutes and we both started raising our voices. I then asked what would happen if someone dropped the burgers while cooking them. I got no answer, so with her stance I am left to assume they would still be served. Saralyn was very unprofessional and unhelpful. I will absolutely never return. To this location. I was a loyal customer that has now gone for good. All i wanted were fresh burgers that were not sitting on a shelf dying while I stood there...
Read moreFive Guy's...and still no service. Been here and enjoyed each visit(if pricey) since they opened years ago. Took my girlfriend in on a Monday(9/17/18) night, around 7:30pm. 3 tables occupied and plenty of parking, it was definitely slower than my previous visits which tend to be around lunch. Three cooks in the kitchen and one woman at the counter who was on the phone. There was another guy there not cooking who was not on the phone when we walked in.
We scoped the menu and had decided quickly. The woman on the phone hung up and walked back into the kitchen without acknowledging us. The older guy walking around also did not recognize the two people patiently waiting to order. Instead he picks up a phone and initiates another phone call again without welcoming us, taking our order or even asking us to please hold on. The 3 cooks were not making any orders at all. They appeared to be in an ongoing conversation with the guy on the phone. Now embarrassed for bringing my date her, having assured her this place was good, I look at my phone and it's now been almost 5 minutes since we walked in. The woman never came back from the kitchen and i simply said to them, "have a good night guys, we tried to order". As we walked out they looked confused. Unbelievable. Five "guys" in the kitchen and Nobody bothers to even acknowledge us or take an order. Will not be going back. For what they charge for food such lack of service or hospitality is...
Read moreCame here about 4 months ago and ordered a burger and requested "well done". I was told by the cashier that all burgers are cooked well and that I'll be happy with it. Upon arriving home to eat with my family, I learned that our burgers were not well and I promised I would not return.
Today, my pregnant wife and I had a craving for a burger but wanted something quick. We figured to give this place another try. So this time I requested "well done" on all our burgers and I heard the same story. We have two little kids under the age of three and one on the way. I explained politely my prior experience and the cashier promised me she would let them know behind her. Meanwhile she turned and spoke to one of the cooks. Immediately, the one cook looked at me with a disturbed look and it seemed as if I bothered him.
Upon arriving home we noticed that the burger was not cooked well. Please see picture attached. What a waste. Normally I don't mind it but with a pregnant wife, she has to eat well cooked meat. I support it and to make it easy for the cooks, this is what we requested on all.
I'm sadden they can't get this simple request right. For the price, I will detour to go to Plan...
