No Worries Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Farmington

We have been here a few times. The food is OK. Sometimes it appears to be frozen food thrown in a microwave. Not really home cooked. Yes the Chicken Fried Steak is good. The waitress we usually get is amazing. 5 stars for her. The one tonight??? Maybe she needs to learn customer service. We arrived. Sat down and I had to run back out to my car. As I got back she walked up with my husband's drink and asked me if I wanted a drink. Gave her my order and asked for an appetizer. As we sat talking and waiting. A family showed up and sat down next to us. As I had to step away from the table again, thinking that my drink should arrive to the table while I was gone a short few minutes. My drink was not there when i got back to the table. We sat there another 10 to 15 mins with absolutely no acknowledgement. While the table next to us had received their drinks. Finally after another 10 mins I finally got up and went to the bar to pay for my husband's drink and leave. As the bartender approached I said I would like to pay for the drink and cancel my order of appetizers and my drink. And the bartender stated. You ordered a drink?? So at this point not even sure my appetizer was entered. As the bartender did apologize. And I appreciate that. It still doesn't fix the fact that the customer service was lacking. Yes they were busy. But not that busy that the service should have been that poor. To not acknowledge your customer is unacceptable. We have been at other businesses with many more customers and those working even they were short handed. Were Making sure each and every table was being handled not just a select few tables. I guess it depends on your how much you really want to make in tips that you put forth the effort to each and every customer you come in contact with. Will be awhile before we go back but if we do. I will make sure to sit in the section with the waitress that actually wants to take care of her customers. So needless to say. We left with no dinner and only one of us had a drink for...

Bad experience with bartender and employee. Came on a Friday night. Night was going good til i had to close my friends tab out. Friend was buying us drinks and he got a lil too buzz. He asked me to close his tab for him and to which i did. The Bartender (female) and another employee (male) then got mad because I didn't tip. I was closing my friends tab out and the bartender seen the receipt, and immediately started saying stuff to me about not tipping. Than an employee next to me heard what she said and he joined in on saying stuff to me. They made it known to everyone around me on how i didnt tip and how i was a bad person for that. I tried to explain that it wasnt my money to spent like that but they didn't care. I immediately walked away deesclating the situation as i wasnt trying to argue or start anything with anybody. Should I have tipped with my friends money? Maybe, yes, but for her and him to get mad about it is unprofessional. To my knowledge tipping is optional and If money is a problem than she should bring it up to her superiors and not take it out on customers. Was a good night but that very much...

The speed of the bartenders is absolutely pathetic. I was in line for 45 minutes and moved maybe 8ft before I gave up and left. If they are going to give service this awful they shouldn't have a cover charge. The bartenders are all moving as if they had one customer to help and all night to help them. There is no sense of urgency in any of them. It's no wonder I see so many people drinking in the parking lot before they go in. 10/10 would not recommend going here until the entire bar staff is retrained or replaced. They don't even know the simple things about being a bartender like make more than one sribk at a tine, or the more drinks you make the more tips you get.
