Durango Joes Coffee — Restaurant in Farmington

OMG!! Ok so quick stop was not a quick stop knowing they have a drive-thru. Don’t get me wrong but I have always been a fan of durango joes and visited often at the new location near the West Walmart in Farmington since they opened. We drove up to order then proceeded to the drive thru window and they were about four cars backed up.! NEVER have I ever waited longer then 4 mins for a simple cup of Joe. Ended up waiting 20 mins and could hear the staff talking with no one inside the store.. I mean come on.! With three other cars behind us I can’t even imagine what is going through their minds. Sorry but I’ll keep to Starbucks for now and maybe Durango Joes in the future..

WEST DURANGO Joes...

Stopped here around 3:30pm. Ordered an iced Carmel macchiato and a frapajoe. Both large. Asked for two shots of espresso in each drink. Paid $21.29 for both drinks. Both drinks tasted awful and too sugary. We've had a frapajoe here before never had this issue, this was my first time trying thier Carmel macchiato. They both tasted as if there were not even a single shot of espresso and my macchiato probably had only 4 ice cubes and it melted as soon as I walked out the door. My boyfriend and I drank a few sips and just ended up tossing our drinks. Also the crew that was working at this time felt so unwelcoming as...

Absolutely the worse, went on may 31st to get a birthday coffee, the birthday was June 1st, was told they cant do it a day early. Ok no problem. Also was told we dont need the stupid app. Went in today to get the birthday drink to be denied because we dont have the app. Again was told we dont need the app days earlier. I guess they will do anything to not give a birthday drink

They need to learn a lesson from Dutch bros and 7brew. They actually care about thier customers unlike these people. Hopefully dutch bros or 7brew comes to farmington and but this horrible joke of a bussines goes...
