Subway — Restaurant in Farmington

So I showed up to an interview here and was absolutely appauled by this location's lack of professionalism. The manager didn't even introduce herself or her position. She showed up looking like she hadn't slept or showered in days. Which is incredibly disrespectful considering I got dressed, showered, and scheduled this interview. Her yoga pants (not professional and I'm sure against corporate policy) were pulled up nearly to her chest, showing a full frontal wedgie. She did not explain responsibilities, hours, or ask me any questions. When I asked about when a decision would be made, she said she had to talk to the store manager. So I called both locations to get ahold of the manager. Come to find out, the manager lied to me about her position (very strange) and who she said was the manager, was actually the owner. I am very confused on why a manager of any establishment would lie about thier position. Also, how does someone so unprofessional get that position in the first place? This is a food service business and your manager clearly doesnt like to show up...

The two men working this afternoon (05/27/23 @5:30pm) unfortunately need to be retrained in terms of basic line maintenence. I watched over 6 sandwiches made, and not once was a cutting board wiped down between sandwiches. I watched multiple sandwiches dragged through piles of sauce and toppings, and wrapped with the inner wax paper smeared with those toppings from the line. I also watched knives get reused across multiple sandwiches including my own (which had to be cut to remove the unwanted mustard). Additionally my order was toasted and left to sit on the line for over 5 minutes while a Doordash order was started and finished to completion around me. My sandwiches where cold by the time I got to them, and decided to take them home to air fry rather than try to get past the cold food. Well normally this subway does a good job but tonight at 8pm on 10/19/20 I ordered a Subway club one of the old fashiond ones 6" a sandwich I have gotten here in both sizes plenty to know how its made. i I only get meat cheese and mayo so I have been instructed before to tell them there wont be any veg. So I told the girl that and that I only wanted the meat and cheese heated up and tonight it had two pieces of Turkey folded was half one piece of ham then 2 pieces of bacon and mayo cost me $6.15 and theres no way it will even come out to the amount of calories then menu says a 6" subway club should have.. A 6" is usually 4 pieces of Turkey folded in half then 4 pieces of ham folded in half then two pieces of bacon.
