Subway — Restaurant in Farmington

I’ve been a regular customer at this Subway for over a year, and the night shift has become a disaster. One specific employee is friendly and personable, but their sandwich-making skills are consistently terrible. They can’t toast bread without turning it into a soggy mess, skimp on veggies to a ridiculous degree (even on a Veggie Delight), and barely season the food. You can tell it’s bad just by looking at the wrapper—it’s a flattened, soggy pile of disappointment.

This isn’t a rush-hour issue; this happens even when the store is not busy. I’ve given them multiple chances, but the results are always the same—low effort, poor quality, and completely inedible. Meanwhile, other night shift employees have made great sandwiches, so this is not a shift issue—it’s a them issue.

Would their coworkers eat the sandwiches they make? If not, why should paying customers?

If I could get a refund for every terrible sandwich they’ve made, I would. At this point, I either avoid the night shift or take my business elsewhere. Fix...

Worst experience ever. I ordered online they made a mistake. I wanted 4 times the lettuce, he barely put any lettuce. I wanted two times tomatoes barely got any. And he loaded it with onions peppers, cucumbers, spinach, forgot the cheese. Although I bought one got 1/2 off second one. I am allergic to onions and peppers. He wouldn't do anything about. It went right in the garbage. Some customer service. I will never go to that location again. Went to another location on Hartford Rd. New Britain. He made the mistake and got no food. Just a bunch of slow unmotivated teenagers that can't even get an online order correct. I ordered on the soonest app to pick up my sandwich at 745, but was running 5 minutes late so I figured it'd definitely be done. Nope. Just the three workers siding at the tables conversing with a group of their friends that had come in. For at least 30 minutes it seems like or they would have made my sandwich. Not the first time I've gone in and it's just a bunch of teens crowding the restaurant, not buying anything, and distracting the teen workers. Think I've made the mistake of coming here enough.
