I tried sending this to corporate but their address is invalid Hello
I just finished my lunch I ordered from your south point Ohio location and I am so disappointed. I understand we had a storm yesterday and that there might be some issues, but the issues I have don’t have anything to do with running water or electricity
My wife and I are in our 70s and have been under the weather lately, so we’ve been getting take out almost every day. Today it was Wendy’s turn. I ordered our usual order consisting of a Wendy’s double with a Diet Coke. They explained that they didn’t have any soft drinks so I got a frosty. Then I ordered a large chili and a double stack. I drove back home and we started our meal. There were no napkins, no ketchup, no spoon for the chili, and the fries were not warm at all. On top of that the chili was so runny that it was like warm tomato soup. Being 72 years old and not feeling well I didn’t want to go back out so we made do. I knew that calling them back wouldn’t help the situation since I wasn’t leaving the house, so that’s why I’m writing.
I don’t want any free food nor do I want my money back. I just want someone to know that I’ll think twice before returning. The order was placed around 2:15 today...
Read moreThis location is wildly inconsistent depending on who's in charge. When the male manager is running things, it's a smooth experience friendly, fast, and the food is always right. But when either of the two female managers are on duty, brace yourself for eye-rolls, sarcasm, and a clear disdain for customers.
Today was a prime example. I tried to order six biscuits something I’ve been doing daily for two weeks and suddenly it became an ordeal. The cashier acted like I was asking for a favor, not making a purchase. Then the manager got involved, throwing around “corporate policy” like I work for her. I showed a receipt from yesterday where I bought eight biscuits, and she still dismissed it with an eye-roll and a snarky “they shouldn’t have done that.”
Look, I’m not here for drama I just want to pay full price for what I’ve been ordering consistently. The attitude was unnecessary and the customer service was flat-out disrespectful. If this is the tone leadership sets, no wonder the energy shifts so drastically depending on...
Read moreWent through got a burger, a frosty and nuggets the order was 14 they charged 11 and then when I told him about the mistake, they tried to refund 14 instead of the original 11 ran my card 25 times the manager on duty was rude disrespectful rolling her eyes looked And appeared to be high or stoned. The manager asked what do you want me to do all I wanted was my food and I still didn’t get my food but yet they still charge me the $11 this Wendy’s used to be a good place to go now it’s a place for people to go and work. They get high and get stoned all the time and don’t want to do their job correctly. I will drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction from now on instead of going to that which I live five minutes from I have family that was always going to that Wendy’s. They won’t even step foot in there for a cup of ice somebody from home office needs to go in investigate Because everybody in there appeared to be stoned or high...
