Had to stop and rest mother had stroke grandfather in hospital extremely exhausted. Got room and behind door is big bug trap with moving dying roaches. Went to eat then waitress was rude. She was talking to cook who filled bar they looked at me pointed and laughed. Felt so uncomfortable apologized to waitress for being there. Apologized to owner for being there. Walked to room got stopped by another owner who was brother of cook and said he would never do anything like that but I lived it I know. Same guy told my husband that I was the problem. I was the person who was mistreated. Paid for my food. Paid hours earlier for my room. Rude waitress, owners who dont care, feel like they are just here for money and do not care about customers feelings, will never stay here again and would not tell anyone to stay here nor eat here. 100.00 wasted. Also billboard is false advertising. Do not believe billboard. This place is for people who doesn't care about being lied to no customer service at all. Worst experience of my life. Never never come here. Rooms are dirty. Food isn't what they say and they make you feel like you are a bothering them by paying for you supper. Are these the type of people we want owning...

Tried to eat here with my mom and began eating when I noticed the plastic in my string beans (not only that but they were overdone) the wontons were too hard as well. Most food items were hard (including the desserts) and my mom’s chicken wasn’t done. I asked for a refund nicely and the guy who was in charge asked my mom how long we had been there and if she had eaten anything. She told him that she hadn’t touched her plate and he accused her of lying. What a horrible disappointment. I don't know how they managed to make the food so bad. I ate at their Buffet which amazingly, they charge $15 for. There was very little meat other than chicken and they actually serve that imitation crab instead of the real stuff. No chicken wings no pork no ribs no teriyaki beef or chicken. Food was overcooked or slimy. They actually have a section for dessert and they serve store-bought cookies and pudding.
