For the 2nd time, I have had a horrible experience with them. The first time I order there I waited for over 30 minutes to find out my food had been done for a while it was just sitting in the wrong to go bag. The only reason I found that out was because the customer that went to pick up their food realize there was an extra box in their bag and was honest. The lady at register never told me there was a mix up just put the food to the side and continue on. I had to go to the register and ask just to get my food. Now today I did a phone order at 5:32pm and thought by the time I got there it would be done. I get there and my food was not done. I waited for another 15-20 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I asked several times what was going on and they kept telling me it would be up soon that they were backed up and could not give me an exact time but it would be up soon. I tried to be patient but as I continue to see other people come in get their food or order their food and get their food within an orderly time I began to get frustrated. After a while I asked for a refund due to the fact I had still not received my food and when I did go up to the front, they kept trying to tell me my food was coming up. So I waited a little bit longer and again my food was still not ready so I asked again for a refund and finally received it after making a big fuss. Before walking out one of the chefs in the back did come out and try to apologize for the wait but the 2 older ladies at the front told him not to apologize. So as of now I wouldn't recommend this place if the service is going to continue to be that poor up front. It's a shame when the cooks are more respectful than the front...

However I called about 30 minutes before they were closing and could get a answer then i got there 20 minutes before they closed and was turned away kinda rudely because they close in 20 minutes and were very busy. Now I think basic business is that if your open your open i mean is my money not good enough or was it just that important to get out by 8 ? It left a bad taste in mouth especially because I eat here frequently as recently as two days earlier when the girl behind the counter with the tattoos was extremely helpful and they were busy then as well. It's all good because I hit the Sakura jr Express down the road and they were more then happy to take my order. When I brought it back, it had been refrigerated. The woman at the counter took it to the male cook, who then took the old food to the back. Despite my repeated inquiries about receiving a fresh order, I was assured they were remaking it. However, the process was suspiciously quick, and when I received my order, it was at room temperature. Despite their claims of preparing a fresh meal, it was clear they had simply reheated the old one. This level of deception and disrespect towards a paying customer is utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. They should be ashamed of their actions and lack of regard for customer satisfaction!
