Taqueria Las Delicias — Restaurant in Fayetteville

The girl working lunch shift today has a horrible customer service. I told her if there was someway I could pay separately and she said no there’s no way of paying food separately. It all has to be together which we know this is a lie anywhere you go payments can be split. I said ok not being rude and gaved her my card. (CAMERAS) while placing my order over the phone I had asked her what came in the Menudo, and she said garbansos y patitas I told her OK if he has patitas give me 2 when I got home it was just garbanzos if I would have known patitas did not come with the Menudo I would have ordered a Carne Asada. When I called to ask her, hey you guys for got las patitas she said there’s nothing we can do. And I asked her to speak with a manager she said to wait for tomorrow. To the Delicias staff this might be petty but after a hard working day I get home trying to enjoy the food I PAID $40+ because when you go get the food, they don’t say OK you can pay tomorrow. I clearly said if the food came with a certain item, sure give me 2. I’m paying for something and I’m not getting what I had asked for. I did not ask for any handouts nor did I walk out without paying. Cameras can prove a I eat 3 to 5 times a weeks and spend $175 to $250 a week there and it’s not just my self it’s 3 of us and this one time I have a small issue the cashier hangs up on me. I called again three times...

I have to be honest, the food is really good but the only thing bad about it is that the person ( the guy) who is in the front taking orders he do a mess up every time my husband and me go there. This is the 3rd time we went there and he messed up. Today (July 1st, 2018) my husband ordered a gordita, one carnitas taco and one chicken taco and an horchata, I ordered a gordita and a chicken taco and an horchata also. This guy put in our order 3 carnitas taco, 2 chicken tacos and one gordita our bill was 22 dollars and some cents when it was to be like 15 something. He came with the plates and gave my husband 4 tacos ( 3 carnitas and 1 chichen) and for me one gordita and one chicken taco. When my husband saw that he got up from the table and went to the register and asked him about the gorditas and also about the extra food he gave us and he responded as a completely idiot about it, like “I repeated it to you the order”. My husband and me are really upset about this guy because how a business can have such a person in the front? We’re no racist and we don’t discriminate nobody. Please if the manager or the owner of this place see this coment take action on this case. We’re bot asking you that fired that guy but to speak to him or move him to oder position but no in the register. Thanks and we are sorry about guving you only one star because your food...

So I called my order in 30 minutes so I could pick up and go to work. The lady who answered decided after I told her my order 3 times in Spanish that she wanted to speak english.ok.. she didn't understand 🙄so I repeated for the 4 time! My order. I get there in 20 minutes and my order is NOTz ready and they are NOT BUSY either . I finally get my order and there is no cheese on it ! So I tell the cashier and she gets nasty with me and hugs into the kitchen..attends to 3 guys ..and after 15 minutes! She decided to get my food. A simple torta and now I'm late getting to work ! And I told her I want to speak to the owner. She said she didn't do anything wrong and has never seen me before..what does that have to do with the time of day 😡 she said I needed to write my number down for the owner Marcos to call me. Well Marcos apparently does NOT care about his regular customers because he never called me ! This is not the 1 St nor the 2 ND time they have screwed up my order !! And the owner doesn't care ! I have my receipt which also shows that the woman did NoT even make an attempt to take my order correctly. I asked for double cheese ..needless to say ..I guess I was "lucky " to get any cheese.so MARCOS..I'd like a call about your taqueria! Not...
