Okay so let me just paint a picture of my experience this time which surprises me because this is the usual Waffle House that I go to and with that being said yall work better with less workers because out of the 10 I saw today literally 3 were actually working . My server Amilyon first off appearance is everything and yes hers was cute but not for every environment the hair the piercings the unprofessional behavior in your phone forgetting items for the customers I had to ask for silverware then it was dirty I had to ask for ketchup then it was empty then the next bottle was dirty then I observe her in front of customers in her nose yes fixing piercings but go to the restroom because she didn’t wash her hands . Shanti the host she’s always there but she’s always rude and once again appearance is everything she’s very bright as well . My criticism isn’t coming from not having experience in fast food or customer service so just a heads up Waffle House having a open setting means front row for customers and reviews like these the next person after me could really be a secret shopper . The cook both guys were rude to each other and the lack of care showed in the food the person I was with and I both ate just the waffle and gave up on the rest of the food . The girl with the bun may be biracial kudos to you I could see the irritation but you were on it and provided great customer service and every time i come you do . There was another server who was sitting when I came in and continued to sit and had the audacity to say I’m just going to sit yall can do it well what are you working for if you aren’t going to be a team player . Servers and other staff talking about customers in front of customers , why for the score of only a 92 other things should be taking place . Why do you all only have a a uniformed shirt and no suggestion for the pants and there are non slip shoes at Walmart . If the attire isn’t kept up what makes us think you care about our food . My lemonade was watery , when I said no meat my server looked at me crazy yes there are people out there that don’t consume meat , honey . A customer brought a wrong order back every employee acted as if it was horrible that they messed up her food . I believe I identified 2 managers who were nonchalant and oblivious to the environment the vibe and the energy the staff was giving people were waiting for a simple hello and it wasn’t even busy . Read moreCame in to order food for me and my husband on a Sunday morning, it’s packed as soon as I walked in so I go for one of the stools and sit down. I get asked for what I will be having immediately which surprised me but was glad I didn’t have to wait. I explain to the waitress that I will be ordering to go but would like to have a coffee here in the meantime. She immediately tells me to take a seat on one of the chairs by the window, I was confused when she said that. I reinstated that I wanted to drink my coffee here and she persisted that I sit on the chair by the windows to drink my coffee. She kept telling me because I was placing an order to go I had to wait over there. I was shocked since the stools were all empty and I just wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee to get my morning going. I love Waffle House so much and I had such a bad craving for it since I’m pregnant but I was really upset of how I got told to sit by the window to drink a coffee. Read moreI came to eat breakfast this morning and I was very disappointed with a particular staff member named Anthony and how he spoke to his coworkers/employees. The food was fine and the service from my waiter was excellent BUT I couldn't enjoy my food because of how rude this man was. A staff member named Mercedes(I know her name because Anthony shouted at her most of the time I was there) I'm assuming made a mistake on an order. Angered by this Anthony shouts at her in front of the staff and customers and even went as far as to call her "retarded". It was unprofessional and distasteful to handle that situation the way he did. The employees seemed stressed and his constant shouting and rudeness I'm sure wasn't helping.
