/8/10/25 Saturday 2am and they are closed when they are now open 24hrs. Iāve already paid in the app to arrive and itās dark and no cars there at all. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back and wasting more time. I often come here late night but let me guess their āsystem was downā like it was a few days ago at this time- so I guess everyone wanted to go home or party/club.
July 2025 BK mobile order Poor customer service-I donāt think anyone like working here. Service still slow waiting at the window to get your food 15+ minutes after you just waited behind other cars for 15+ minutes. managers at the drive thru window have attitude for no reason Iāve experienced afternoon and 3rd shift. I think I know who Antonio is mention in someoneās post was smart on the speaker and was rude at the window- why am I being asked for a order number when Iām picking up a bk app order and told you my name- the app even tells you just give them your name- he had an attitude because I told him Iāve never been asked that ever and would have to find it, then he says he can look it up by name. You donāt even use the order number as a for delivery person. Why the hassle. Food is not good at all now (I took the 3 stars down to 1) - I donāt think Iāve had anything fresh here except the cheesy potato bites and it was late night. Today I donāt get a double burger (I ordered with no cheese), but I got a 1&1/2 , 1&3/4 burger. Whereās the other piece of youāre going to use a broken one. The presentation of the food rarely looks good- such as everything I ordered. the taste is cold and needs to be warmed when you get it home and doesnāt taste fresh. The royal chicken sandwich has an old, wet patty, and looked stepped on. My drink also had no ice for some reason and I used my own at home, I usually taste it before leaving but not going back for ice. The drink felt cold.

Bot of the burgers were on the wrong buns, both were missing the lettuce and tomatoes. The fries were ice cold, and the cheesie tots were ice cold also.....Update Saturday November 16th ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and a large coke and been waiting over an hour and a half for my food, I've gone up to the counter multiple times and they just look at me and say we'll get to it when we get to it.....Don't know why I came back here. Today 01/14/2025....the service was slow even slower than before. They completely gave me the wrong order, I ordered a large size Bacon King combo, they gave me a Rodeo Burger with a 4 piece nuggets. When I took the bag back to the counter they proceeded to tell me that the Rodeo Burger is the Bacon King. The employee then called the manager over to the counter. The manager never came over to the counter all she did was call the cops and fabricate a story telling the police that assaulted one of her employees. I never touched anybody. When the police showed up I was still standing by the register. Soon as they came in the door the manager yelled he has a gun and pointed at me. I didn't have a gun. I don't even own a gun. I have seen the manager distribute marijuana from the drive thru window to a customer in a white jeep. My eyes has literally witnessed this!!! The same manager would manipulate the leaderboard in the store. For the customers reading this that donāt know what the leaderboard are. Every Burger King in Fayetteville share customer Speedy-service data With Each other. Thereās a TV on each Burger Kingās wall. That shows how fast every Burger King in Fayetteville gets the customers out of the drive-thru. My manager at this Burger King would get in her car and drive Through her own Burger King drive thru. Wait At the window For four seconds. Then drive off. Only to repeat the process nine more times. Thereby catapulting the S. Riley Rd. location to number one in Fayetteville on the leaderboards. Whenever we would wash the lettuce, it would be in a nasty sink. So if youāre reading this, Iād advise you not to get any lettuce on your burger. Aside from that the restaurant is up to code; itās very neat and organized inside. The lobby is fairly clean.
