This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever went too! The managers and employees are very rude. I couldn’t hear the lady on the speaker very well,and I kindly asked her to speak up and another manager stepped into the conversation being very nasty to me. She said that I was speaking to an elderly and I didn’t need to talk to her that way. What way did I speak wrong just letting her know I couldn’t hear her. I pull around and there was a truck in front of me and I look,the young lady had braids going up into a ball and I asked her if she took my order? She replies and says no I did not my managers were the ones you were talking too. She gave me the meanest face and told me my total. I gave her my card she gave my food and rushed me on my way. I didn’t appreciate it at all because I’m not going to be disrespected by anyone,especially when I have my children with me. So I pulled around to park my car,and I went in and one young lady says she’s in here and I think she wants her money back! Three managers come up there name Lashaunda got her name another lady was Caucasian and an African American women came saying I was being rude and very nasty. The little skinny African American women with the funny looking eye shadow said the whole store heard you too. Even the police heard it and she consistently kept repeating that the police was in the store. They were waiting for their food and they never said anything to me. So I’m trying to figure out what disturbance did I cause just to get my money back because the police was in the facility?! I can’t get arrested because I’m just being a customer and I want my money back because the damn managers at the store want to be ratchet and ghetto with no Burger King training!!!! I was really appalled on how I was treated and my children said I wasn’t being mean at all they were. Mrs.Harriet is usually there when I come to that BK and today she wasn’t and she is one of the nicest people you could talk too. She make you feel welcome to come back and eat. I went to another BK and purchased the same thing and they weren’t rude at all. I’ve never received any bad vibes about this store,today was a day that I guess they just didn’t care who they spoke to in any kind of way. I received a number to call and spoke to Mrs. Tamara Brown and she was really understanding and a great listener. She said she doesn’t tolerate her employees and or managers to act in such bad behavior and will handle the situation. Thank you Mrs. Tamara for everything and cooperate was notified as well. I can’t believe that the staff handled the situation this way. Ooh well life goes on I was bothered about it and now I’m not. I will not go to this facility anymore,my business will go somewhere...
Read moreI've been here multiple times with no issues but I had an issue today. I'm not giving them a 1 star because 3 is an average of not having many issues in the past. Well I had to wait at the window for 10 minutes for my order but once received nothing was piping hot to suggest they were waiting for something to be cooked. All that waiting and then I found a hair stuck to the cheese of my burger. I pulled up to the drive through menu and explained and pulled up to the side door so they could take my bag and give me another sandwich. However, no one apologized for the inconvenience of my wait time or when I had a hair in my food. Customer service is a big deal. Because fast food is fast food, I could go anywhere for it but what I will remember is that when I had an issue they were not as friendly as they could have been. Almost annoyed at me for mentioning I have a hair in my food...but honestly the attitude was likely already there it just didn't show with the little interaction we had in the past because I never had a problem. The food was good though. I think Burger King should reconsider the 1 sauce for the chicken fries because it's not enough. My kids dip there fries also. Read moreI visited this store on Friday , 4/29/22 at 5:44 pm. Jahmir took my money and was very polite. The young Hispanic lady taking orders was also very polite but my heart broke for them to have such a rude, nasty manager. Firstly, as the cashier was reading back my order, I mentioned he forgot the 6 cookies. I then heard this very loud “AHT AHT, NO WE NOT DOING COOKIES. I ONLY HAVE THREE. YALL NEED TO CHECK FIRST. WHY WOULD YOU TELL THEM THERE ARE COOKIES??!!” Very unprofessional that I heard all that through the window. Then I pulled up to the pick up window and the Hispanic young lady was being yelled at by the same loud woman. She snatched a bag out her hand, threw money in the other hand to refund me for the cookies, and shoved the 3 cookies at her as well. The girl looked like she was going to cry. I apologized to her and said that it is not her fault and she was fine. I then asked if that was her manager and she whispered yes and I said I’m sorry that she has to deal with her. Someone pleeeease get this lady out of management. Treating these workers as if they have no common sense is so unfair and cruel. It’s hard to find workers in these days and if you have people willing to work, you need to treat them like gold.
