Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Called in order, repeated order and verified. 3 minutes later called back to ask a question about order and verified order again. Had someone else pick up order, checked box to make sure all items were there but they didn't open individual pans (sanitary reason not to open my order). Dinner was unavoidably delayed, couldn't eat for several hours so food was refrigerated until could be reheated. I pulled out everything and started to open trays to cover and put in oven when I realized the order was wrong. I immediately called, person answering told me to hold and they placed phone down where I could hear everything. Well almost 10 minutes later with no one picking up, I hung up and redialed them. Called back and no one was answering so I let it continue to ring until my phone company recording came on. So I decided to call from a different number and this time they answered but hung up on me without a word. So I called back again and once again no one answered. I'm going in person to complain about the service, wrong order written down and everything else. Not a way to...

Place looks inviting from outside which is good. After entering we were told to pick a seat and someone would be with us shortly. Not much time went by and a waitress came over with menus and got our drink order. She was super polite and friendly. We placed our order of Cheese Bread, Breaded Bone in Wings, and an XL Pepperoni Cheese pizza. The breading on the wings was good, not my kinda seasoning, but I respect it because it goes well with the chicken. Definitely worth trying. The cheese bread was FREAKIN GOOD. So much cheese. And bread. And garlic butter. Definitely recommend. And the XL Pepperoni Cheese pizza was bangin'. If I had to eat this pizza every day for the rest of my life, I would happily accept. The flavors of the sauce and toppings went so perfectly together it was like someone hand made this pizza with love just for us.

200/10, definitely would recommend.

This is a mixed review, because the Ham Pubwich was made correctly & was very tasty, as usual. It is a "would recommend" item!

However, the Philly Steak Pubwich wasn't made as advertised, it was dry & difficult to eat. The item description says that it comes with steak, mozzarella & provolone cheeses, lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, & mayo. I ordered mine w/o mushrooms, but added banana peppers. But as you'll see in the photos, they failed to put the lettuce, tomato, & mayo on at all, they were stingy with the cheeses, and there were hardly any green peppers or onions on the pubwich at all. This was definitely a disappointing experience at the Fayetteville location. I've been a customer for many years & this may have been just a glitch by a new cook or something, but the second pubwich (ham) was properly prepared, so I'm not sure.

Will definitely check the accuracy of any future orders ......
