Jim's Razorback Pizza — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Delivery driver was rude, cursed at me, and wouldn't listen to directions when I tried to direct him to my home. I purposefully left detailed instructions because people frequently get lost, even with gps. He did not read these, yelled at me, and forced me to come outside. The reason I ordered delivery was because I have a broken leg and it's hard for me to get around. He continued to make excuses, the entire time. Pizza was cold by the time I got it and had absolutely no cheese. When I called, the lady on the phone was so nice and offered a replacement, but then a few minutes later I got another call from a guy who said he made the pizza. This man tried to gaslight me telling me that there was cheese just under the toppings. Sir, I'm currently disabled, not stupid. The only nice thing that I can say is that a replacement was brought within 30 minutes and the female delivery driver was very nice. While I have generally enjoyed this pizza, and have been loyal to Jim's since I moved to the area in 2001 and have recommended them to many others, I will no longer be ordering from them or recommending them to anyone else ever. I just left this place ok so it was a customer before me was just getting his order took he ask for 3meat lovers 1peperoini. But the lady gave him the last two pepperoni with his 3 meat lovers and charge him only 4 bucks in some change with a large drink. So I said ok. I will just order some jojo's which are potatoes but she act as she didn't know what I was talking about when they clearly have a big sign that says jojos 2.59 with ranch. So when I point at the sign she said ok it will be 10 to 15 wait and I said that will be fine until I set and saw her come from the back out to the sitting area where everyone sit in eat in she start to pour the jojos on a small back tray with her long ponytail hair landing on the dam jojos and the worst part she never wash her hands after serving the customer and after touching the cash register nor put gloves on at all thanks to her I will continue not to go out in eat at any restaurant people are so freaking nasty with handel with your food...

This place has been my go-to pizza place since I was about ten years old. I might be a bit biased because my parents were managers, and this was my first job! It's a walk down memory lane every time I get to order here with my babies,vwjo is now nine and two. The food has always been fantastic because the dough is handmade, and the make table is always prepped with fresh veggies. The cheese sticks are the best because of the real cheese and garlic! Also, the pickles are the best in town, I know, a bit odd, but when you order a sandwich, you must always order extra! So salty and yes, yummy vinegar. It's a great family owned business.
