Disappointing Dining Experience
Review:
My recent visit to this establishment left a lot to be desired, beginning with an unsightly incident involving what seemed to be the manager, a person named Kyle. I was taken aback when I saw him eating directly from the line while wearing gloves, only to continue preparing food without any indication of sanitary measures.
I found the overall environment behind the counter to be far from ideal, filled with confusion and chaos. It seemed that there was a lack of organization and effective management, which led to a disheartening dining experience.
The quality of the food also left much to be desired. The two chicken wraps I ordered were hastily assembled and severely lacking in contents. Given the price, I expected a meal that was substantial and carefully prepared. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I believe that with proper leadership, adherence to hygiene practices, and a renewed focus on food quality and presentation, this establishment could significantly improve. I hope my feedback can contribute to a...

This time they were out of chili - AGAIN, last time chili, before that was baked potatoes, and the time before that was fries, baked potatoes and chili. Extremely poor management! How do they expect to keep customers if you can't get food you want? I told cashier only cheese tomato mayo and heavy pickles - no ketchup, no onions and no mustard on a to-go order. Well instead I got the cheese and just 2 pickles but no mayo, no tomato, instead there was onions, ketchup and mustard on the burger. And fries were barely warm...I've had it with the Fayetteville, WV location. This location got 2 stars because the cashiers have been friendly and apologetic over everything.
I'll take my business to the Beckley location on Robert C. Byrd Dr. from now on when I'm down that way, they've never said they're out of anything and get orders right.

I have personally witnessed the so-called General manager reaching her entire bare hand and arm into the lemonade machine and serve the same contaminated lemonade to the public. They do NOT temp the meat at ALL and cross contaminate chicken and beef all day long. I tried to fix this behavior but when the gm says jump your supposed to say how high. They also have a SEVERE roach infection and never clean the mold in the drink machine. I've seen maggots fall into the drinks and the gm MAKES them serve it anyway because of 'product cost' the good news is the insects in your food is free. If you've been here in the last year I'd report to the health department asap before someone...
