Absolutely amazing, we ate out on the patio, it was a beautiful evening, just let me start with how amazing the service was, our waiter was very nice, funny and super comfortable with what he was doing, not just this a job but like he really enjoyed it, such a plus, I had the chimichangas, the ones that came with your choice of meat, I had steak & shrimp, hands down the best I've ever had, they were crispy like they are supposed to be, not like the others in the area where they are soft and over saturated, these were amazing, I also had a Chile relleno, the flavor was awsome, the spice comes in at a slow burn wake up, not flat or overpowering, everything about this place was just fire, check them out, will be doing follow up reviews on different things they got in the future. Next time I will have photos So update, we came here on October 13 for my grandmothers birthday, once again the staff was really nice and the food was great, this time I managed to snap some photos, mine was the chimis and my wife's was the beef enchiladas, both were great, I had mine filled with shrimp and steak, you don't usually get that option at most Mexican restaurants around here, so like I said check it out.

We decided to find a late dinner at around 9pm we were in the area and we decided to stop in. We didn't have to wait once we arrived and my kiddos ask to sit outside since it was a nice evening. Chips and Sala was brought out immediately! The chips were warm the salsa was not bad to me but the kiddos really loved it. Our server took our drink orders within about 5-8 min. of being set at our table. About another 5 min. went by and he took our food orders. Less than 10 minutes our food was brought to us hot and ready to dig in!! Food was great and had plenty of flavor, our server was top notch! If we're in the area this will be another great stop to come to!!

Yum yum yum! Never know what to expect from a Mexican place in the middle of nowhere but this place didn’t disappoint. I had the arroz con pollo- sooo good I ate the whole thing even though I wasn’t super hungry. My husband enjoyed his chimichanga and we both loved the pitchers of strawberry margarita- the half pitcher is what’s shown and was about 4 drinks (2 each). My kids shared the kids chicken nuggets- there were only 5 but they didn’t finish them since they weren’t hungry. Chips were pretty good, not the best I’ve had, but not bad. Guac maybe a 3.5/5. Good service. Decent prices. Clean. Well kept. Nice decor.

We went here after holiday world and couldn’t have regretted it more. Do NOT go here. The food was below expectations and their kitchen hygiene is nonexistent. Right off the bat, there was a hair in my salsa. I showed it to them and they didn’t care and brought me another salsa. I decide not to make a big deal out of it but wouldn’t you know it. Our food comes out and there’s a HUGE hair in someone’s quesadilla. 2 hairs in one night at the same table? EW. Hair nets anyone? When I got to the register the owner, who came and got both hairs from our table, still asked me if everything was okay. I’m not picky and LOVE Mexican food but the food wasn’t even good. I feel as though it was obvious that our experience was below expectation. Is 2 hairs in food ok with them? The best part was that they brought out a hat for my daughters birthday…(that made her day so it made my day)... But also charged for her birthday dessert. Not standard practice, especially after 2 hairs in food, but we paid our bill and left. I’ve worked in restaurants and I’m very shocked at the lack of care. No edits were made to our bill or apologies given for the hairs. We will...

This is absolutely my favorite Mexican dining option around! First off, the food is tremendous. I absolutely love the chicken fajitas. Their seasoning blend is unique and makes the chicken so tasty. The vegetables are cooked perfectly on the skillet. Nothing else to say; it's so good! My wife lives the Cancun special, which is chicken with pineapple. They also have some tasty margaritas. Service could be just a little better, however. Conversation is never an option as they don't seem willing to engage. However, they do a great job getting your food fast and fresh. It's always a surprise how quickly the meal is ready. The atmosphere is great, but a little crowded. That should be sorted soon, however, as they're expanding their dining room. That will be a huge addition for them. Seriously, it's a fantastic spot that, given available time, I'm willing to make the 30 minute drive to Agaves rather than either of our more local Mexican options (no offense to either as they're also...
