Arby's — Restaurant in Ferdinand

I ordered the Ruben sandwich with crinkle fries and a large soda. The sandwich had corned beef, saurkraut, swiss cheese, and 1000 Island dressing on a marbled rye. All of these components had really good flavors, but there just wasn't enough meat on the sandwich. There were several bites that didn't have any at all. My only other complaint was that the rye bread wasn't grilled or even toasted. On the plus side, the crinkle fried were crispy and delicious. Stopped in while traveling through IN. Restrooms were clean and so was the restaurant. Service was excellent! Great man took my order. Had a pleasant conversation. I'm wearing my shirt that says, "proud Army Mom ". He was in the Navy so my shirt sparked a great conversation. My order was fast. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The arbys night shift employees in Ferdinand are rude and very inconsiderate, the have very poor customer service and not one person in there was nice. They sat there laughing at us while we waited almost 15 minutes for our food, and when we did get the food not all of it was there. We were the only ones in the drive thru and Loby was closed.
