Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ferdinand

This horrible place makes me fear for our country’s future. I would give this location zero stars if that were possible. I wouldn’t even know what their food or atmosphere was like because the horrendous people inside refused to serve us! We pulled up to the Dunkin' Donuts in our car to see two of their workers smoking who knows what outside. When they saw us pull up without really knowing if we were going to purchase anything inside, they went into the building and locked the door 15 minutes before they were supposed to close! We watched through the window as they dumped perfectly good donuts that we could’ve bought into the trash. When we went into the gas station the gate was locked too. We asked someone if they were supposed to close early and they said that they usually closed at nine. Then we asked the incredibly rude pregnant smoking lady in there if the drive thru was at least open and she said no in a provocative way. We left without being served at all. If you’re going to have a Dunkin’ then shouldn’t you actually serve people? The employees need to be fired immediately or else they’re going to lose serious business. We went to Taco Bell instead and the people there were very friendly. I’m not usually one to write reviews but this needed to be rectified. If you’re thinking about going to the Ferdinand Dunkin’ then don’t because it’ll cause more trouble for you...

I’m a Starbucks girl so I didn’t know what to expect by coming here. I’m officially a Dunkin lifer. Service was amazing staff was super sweet and they took the time to explain what was on the menu. I’ve had them just choose for me and they have picked some great things. I’ve never been a pumpkin spice girl. They recommend it to me now I’ve fallen in love. It was super clean on there and while I waited for my coffee and donuts. They staff was super friendly and talk about the holiday items. I also got a cup and it’s one of the best cups I’ve ever used. I will be buying more and giving them as gifts. Plus the cups are super cheap but so cute. So glad this store open! Donuts were amazing coffee amazing staff was absolutely fantastic!! Every time (about 7 times) in the last three weeks of the Ferdinand Dunkin being opened, they have messed up my coffees. Between not adding sugar, not adding cream, or not adding cold foam even though I have specifically asked for all of it when ordering. Just today, I had my boyfriend stop for me. He order a medium cookie butter cold brew with liquid sugar, cream, and cold foam and a large berry burst sparked energy. They put the wrong lid on it causing it to leak every wheres. They also made an ice coffee instead with NO cold foam. They also did not inform my boyfriend that they did not have the berry burst sparked coffee until he had already paid for the two drinks.
