McDonald's — Restaurant in Ferdinand

PISS POOR!! I'd love to leave less than 1 star. Walked up to the counter to let the staff know the sweet tea in the lobby was out. While awaiting the manager and 3 other employees were talking to a gentle that appeared to be a regular. One was getting a drive thru customer ice cream, the other getting the regular his food and 1 standing next to the ice cream machine. One the regular guy was done and the drive thru customer got his her icecream they all simply walked away. So I called them since I was ignored at the counter. The same manger that ignored me was the one who answered the phone and then said "Sorry". Sit back back down to eat with my family and my sandwich was made wrong!! Not sure how since I used the mobile app to order our food. Anyway I'm not going to bother trying to get it fixed. If you are travelling like we are, go to Wendy's or drive on to another stop.

Oh and I almost forgot, the dining room was an absolute mess. They had been busy but there was more than enough people standing around to clean tables so people...

Cannot get a simple order right, even after having them fix it 3 times. Employees ( including manager) are verbally abusive, and dismissive. Tried to refuse to serve after taking my money twice. Gave me a refund for someone else’s order, after refusing service ( due to me refusing to leave the drive through, after they got my order wrong twice, then left me for 20 minutes in the “pull forward spot) They will have you “pull forward”, with part of your order, and just leave you there for 20 min plus. Threatened to call the police on a 70 year old woman after trying to steal from us. Only gave me money back when I reminded them that they took my money twice, and did not give me the food. You can see in receipts we were there an hour, the two transactions ( they kept the second transaction receipt as they “fixed” it at payment window.) A third receipt with refund for someone...

Got our order and found out that when I had ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe it came back as a plain double quarter pounder and I took it to the counter and told them I had to wait ten mins to get another sandwich to find out it was a single deluxe I took it back and told the employee I had to wait another ten mins. When the manager told me if I ever talked to his employees like that again I was not allowed back I said I don’t care I’m not from there he ordered me and my family out of the restaurant while the employees were singing and dancing and flirting with each other very unprofessional of all of them I would not recommend eating at this one very rude he made it seem as if I did something but I didn’t get my order wrong twice this incident caused me to have an anxiety attack and I will be...
