Wish I could take away stars from this place. We placed an order on the app and when we arrived at the restaurant, we waited for ten minutes to get our food. We were then notified that the restaurant didn't have the coffee we had ordered, but they couldn't refund our purchase because it was made on the app. They also didn't have any sugar, so the sweet tea they gave us was actually unsweetened. They didn't bother to let us know that they were out of ketchup, lettuce, or tomato, so we got another unwelcome surprise when we opened our bag of food to see that our burgers came with only mayonnaise, onions, and pickles.
The manager on duty was less than sympathetic, stating that it wasn't her fault that they didn't have the ingredients so they just made our meal with what they had. She also declined to refund our purchase and would not give the name or contact information for the store's general manager.
I have tried several times to reach the store manager, and my calls are not returned. I also filed a complaint with Wendys corporate number and have called back several times but have also not received any response.
Not sure what is going on with Wendys but this experience was disappointing enough that we won't be going back to a Wendys restaurant...
Read moreIf I could leave zero stars, I would. There were 2 people ahead of us in line when we got inside. Their orders were taken and then our wait began. A 20 minute wait. At the register, while the employees were making the food for the previous orders. Yes, there were cars in the drive thru as well, however every person working had one gear only. First gear. There was no multitasking going on, no hurry to wait on and serve customers, nothing. The dark shaggy haired guy was taking orders and bagging fries, nuggets, and sandwiches. He repeatedly rubbed his face. His eyes, his mouth, his face in general. No hand washing. There was a bag of hamburger Pattie’s sitting on the counter thawing or something. He picked it up and there were juices dripping out of the bag as he passed it over the prep table area. After waiting at the register to place our order, people lined up to the door by this time, and the guy who was taking orders just nonchalantly walking out the back door (possibly to the walk-in, but again, NO hurry), we left. Read moreThe service & food here is seriously awful. I've been here three times in the last month because my fiancé & son love it & EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up our food or it is completely cold. I will NEVER get food or even a drink from this location EVER again. My fiancé was even upset this time around because his burger was freezing cold & we sat at the drive thru for ten minutes before they actually even took our order. The past two times it was my son & I that had messed up food. My son ordered a baconator & got it with NO BACON, no NOTHING. It was literally a bun with meat, not even any cheese! Last time I ordered I got the bacon queso burger & it had no bottom bun & nothing but chili on it, no cheese again & I didn't even get the burger in the first place!
