I would give a 5 ☆ star vote because they have the best coffee in town, BUT the boba tea is not the traditional Chinese/Japanese Boba Tea that adults are used to. Traditional boba tea is made with tapioca Pearl's, black tea and heavy creme (with other flavors). The boba teas they are selling is koolaid with poping perals. Not the fun to eat and savor tapioca in my favorite adult tea with the heavy creme I love!!! So a HUGE MISLEAD on the menu, especially when the manager even admitted she knew what traditional boba is. However she gave me a free drink. So I'm still happy, even though I dont drink koolaid...lol This review is for this drink, not for the coffee at this shop-again the best in town. Being from San Francisco I know good coffee. Normally I really enjoy the coffee. Today, however, I ordered one of the specials for March. It was a hazlenut latte with Lucky Charms for St. Patrick’s Day. AFTER ordering and paying for my drink, I received just a hazlenut latte with no Lucky Charms. I understand being out, but this should really be told to customers before they have payed! I rarely go out for coffee, but remembered the drink from last year and was looking forward to it. I wouldn’t have purchased the drink if I knew it was missing components. Don’t go to the new spot on Fir in the morning. I went there every morning for a bit and my drink was made wrong and/or not the right size. I’ve ordered a 20oz, and got less than 16oz in the cup more then once. If the espresso is burnt, they still put it in the drink and gave it to me, which means it’s a nasty tasting coffee.
