I'd like to share my upsetting experience from this evening. We came with a group of 10 people - the friend who ordered the tickets didn't tell anyone that a vaccination card was required to enter. None of us had our cards on us, only 1 of us was required to go to the car to get it. That person missed 30 mins of the show because of where they were parked.
Next, the man with the cute leopard mask was taking drink orders. The app/website for orders would not work from my friends phone, he said she needs to use it to be able to order a drink. She asked for him to double check. He said that he asked the manager and it was confirmed that she cannot order a drink through him because they cannot accept payment in person. Immediately after that he let my other friends order drinks and pay cash without using an app or website. He actually brought a tablet over to them to take their order.
Why did 1 out of 10 have to show their vaccination card? Why were some people allowed to pay cash to have their order taken but others were not?
The lady upfront asked what I wanted when I explained this to her. She asked if I wanted free passes to return, I said that I personally would not return but that my friends might want them, she did not give me any passes.
I wanted an explanation for why 2 of my friends were singled out and treated differently than everyone else.
Also, why offer free passes, then not give free passes?
I wasn't able to enjoy the show because I was worried about my friends being treated...
Read moreVery shocked there's no comments on regarding the space/seating issue. Maybe everyone was fortunate to get a table , or everyone whom posted is under 150lb? The skits were funny, although we couldn't even enjoy ourselves in the slightest because we sat in the most uncomfortable bar stools up against the wall. 1 tiny table for 4 ppl, so if you got a drink you held it the entire time , or had to reach over someone to set it down in order to applaud the comedians .. even the table seating was super crowded and tight. All four of us left with sore legs and back , and ignored your wondering - 2 of us are around 200lb, one guy 170 maybe and 280lb.. and we all left pissed off about the seating . If they sold 50 less tickets every night or got another venue , I would go back, but I will NEVER go back here they way they pack the small space hey have now. Seriously , really consider a different club if you weigh more...
Read moreWe were so disappointed and would absolutely never go back. First they knew weeks in advance that we were coming to celebrate my bachelorette party. Nobody even cared nor paid us any attention. They said they would come around and collect the stuff they had us write on papers and never collected any of our tables papers (we had the whole front row). Then because my one sister would comment back on the gentleman talking some lady came up to us and said âyou guys need to be quiet the guy canât keep up with the showâ. Then while out to enjoy ourselves the only person they take up on stage is a 10 year old boy???? Who did nothing but talk about how his sister kicked him in the face to wake him up and he loved video games.
It was literally the worst comedy club I have ever been too and will absolutely never go back nor recommend it to anybody. Definitely donât go for an event because they literally...
