Don’t go here, would give zero stars if I could. Waitresses are rude. I was picking up a to go order for my mother using her card. The order was like 5 salads. The overall bill was around $50. The waitress that rung me out asked me if I had a tip. I said no, because I’m using my mom card and she did not say anything about giving a tip. This waitress proceeds to tell the main waitress ( the one always working and know all the customers) that I did not give a tip out loud in front of me and the other customers in there. They were mad about that, telling me for a $50 order I should tip. Mind you this is a to go order. Like I get waitresses need tips but that was unprofessional and at this point you definitely don’t deserve one. I also checked my bag because they had a bad attitude. When I checked my bag I was missing a dressing, so I told them that. With an attitude the main waitress that be there was like no you have all your stuff. I was like no I don’t and show them the receipt and counted that I was missing the dressing that I was charged for. Like they were making a huge issue out of everything I had to call my mom because they were giving me such a hard time. But the main waitress said she was a “manager”, so my mom just told me to leave. The main waitress literally threw the dressing packet on the counter and called me a crybaby. After this my mom called the actual manager and complained and they never followed back up with us. We also made a complaint to better business bureau. They made the issue way bigger than need be, especially since I’m a teenager and was 17 when...

This place came highly recommended from a dear friend, so I was in the area doing financial errands and figured I'm try breakfast. Pancakes and French toast are my go to... so I want site which was the safest to try so I opted for pancakes... you can order silver dollar or regular and you can select various options of how many and if you want toppings. I led for three regular, grits and eggs (12$) pancakes were very light and fluffy and the syrup complimented them very well. I think they'd be better eaten at the restaurant, but bring a sweater/ jacket, it was quite frigid in there. Grits were great and so were the eggs... both cooked just right. I called my order in and it was ready within the time given. Upon pick up, as my food was being bashed and I was given my total, I was asked did I want to leave a tip, I said no... my change and my bag was sat on the counter and server preceded to assist what seemed to be another employee/ owner, I interrupted by saying excuse me and pointed to the bag and money and asked is this mine, she did yes and continued what she was doing... as I picked up my change and bag, I bidded her a great day. Don't know what to make of that, just thought I'd include it because I think it's important.... I understand some cultures do things differently. For me, I give you the money in your hand if like my change back in mine. Hand the customer their item(s), don't just assume they know to reach across the counter and grab their bag... complete one transaction before moving on to the next or give both of them the same attention all the...

This morning a friend picked up breakfast for me. I ordered a Greek skillet with eggs on the side instead of in the skillet. When he picked it up they noticed it had egg in it. So the order was sent back for a new one. When I got it there we still chunks of egg in it. I called for a refund because I couldn’t eat it, the eggs were on the side were for a co-worker, and we had to get to work. The rep on the phone told me the order was taken back but the cook was only to take the egg off the top. My co-worker was told he was waiting for a re-make. Long story short, I don’t frequent this area and the offer of an IOU was not an option. I asked if I could send a picture of the food so she knew I wasn’t lying. Her response was that the owner would never accept that. I reminded her that she knew the order was wrong going out so why did I need bring back something that she knew was wrong??? Also, I no longer have time to eat so I just needed a refund. She insisted that the owner would not be ok with that. So, I paid for a meal that I couldn’t eat (after a “re-make”) and the only resolve was to drive (which I didn’t drive today) back to show...
