Was very disappointed with the dismissive attitude the cashier as well as the manager had towards us when I received my total and it was significantly higher than advertised on the board right above there head. I ordered the small sizes that come standard with every meal but the frosty included in this meal deal lol was adding another charge then the register apparently is auto programed to upsize the fries on the meals which auto adds another charge. Generally it's not a big deal but when you order 2 meals @ 10.98 each, the total should not be 30.00... ever. It then took roughly 5 min of explaining to the cashier then the manager that it's not right to advertising one price then slipping in something completely different at checkout. This isn't the first time this has happened ive just gotten to the point of being sick of hearing each person behind the counter dismissive response when I'm told "oh yeah that's not the price we're charging anymore sorry..." and it gets brushed off i pay the extra 10 basically each trip and suck it up as a loss. That's if it is us without our 5 boys like it was tonight. We come here often since it's the closest place with decent fast food. But after it was all said and done the manager credited the meal a lousy dollar then walked off without a word as though I had made her day just awful because this time I refused to just accept it and go about my day. Why have we all become so quick to accept the price hikes and constant rip offs from every angle without so much as a second thought because we're all to busy to stop and bring it up or the other which is how embarrassing to voice that you want your couple dollars back that you were over charged. Yes it's a few dollars but after how many trips there those few dollars add up quickly. I wonder how much Wendy's gets from it's loyal customers each day by screwing them in doing this little insignificant oversight? They got 10 just from our one order. Wendy's you should re evaluate your current business strategies. Because I believe this one is out of line and just...

Read moreSadly, after 25 years, I'll no longer be a patron. 2 months ago I ordered a breakfast sandwich in the drive-thru. When I opened the wrapper raw egg oozed out. I didn't have time to go back. I decided to chalk it up to a one time mistake. The following month I purchased a burger through the indoor counter. I didn't open the burger to check it since I'd never had a problem. I ended up violently ill for 5 days. I didn't want to point fingers since I hadn't opened the burger. 11pm last Friday I purchased a burger over the counter. While I was waiting I complimented a staff member and thanked him for the extra work they now do to sanitize for the public. He just looked at me, said nothing, and walked away. Rather surprised. The dining room was clean, but there was garbage all over the floor in the kitchen. The 3 employees were bumping into each other but not accomplishing much. I was the Only customer there at the time. I had to wait 6 minutes until someone could take my order. (??) The manager yelled "We'll be right with you". Ok. No one was wearing a name badge either. They were acting spaced out. Two other customers came in, receiving the same service. They exchanged surprised looks as well. My burger was warm when I received it, but it was almost entirely pink!! There wasn't anyone in the drive-thru as I left....so...?? I couldn't see any reason why my burger was underdone and t he kitchen so dirty....
