Mad Swirlz Ice Cream & Eatz — Restaurant in Fife Lake Township

I did Just stop here earlier today and ordered 4 flurries. We frequented this ice cream place many times last year and we've never had a problem before. The Ice cream is delicious and the employees are always nice! First time stopping here since last year and slightly disappointed. I don't know if the freezer is working properly because your ice cream melted with in seconds after leaving the window. I did take weather into consideration, but to have four flurries melt by the time i got to the car, they were straight up liqud. I don't remember this being a problem last year. Also, unfortunately the half top of the ice cream has the add on toppings and the bottom is just ice cream. For it being a flurry its not being mixed properly. Absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your money. My husband ordered a butter pecan shake and he took one drink and threw it in the garbage. Idk how you mess up that bad. I got a hard scoop of coffee chip. They piled it so high it was dripping everywhere the second they handed it to me. I’m not one to complain about more ice cream but it was excessive and not in a good way. Not to mention the flavor was mediocre. My daughter got a small cotton candy which she did like. While visiting kids and grandkids we had lunch on Tuesday, chicken sandwiches and fries were great followed by shakes of course.
