Subway — Restaurant in Filer

Went into filer subway today...two young minor no manager on duty. Mixed up the two sandwich toppings due to distractions of family coming for free beverages. Went back to ask them to fix the issue they had to call the general manager and the general said because I was there having them put the toppings on that they wouldn't fix the issue of their employees mixing the sandwiches up. Then turn around and offer to pull off the jalapeños off the sandwich which in laws you are prohibited from taking food back into the preparation area once it has be transferred to customer. Also wearing nose piercings and sweats so unprofessional. The nose piercings is another food safety law. I would not ever go to this establishment again. Why should a customer not get what they wanted due to employees error and why should they have to wait for them to contact a manager especially being minors. I believe they are required by state law to.have a manager on duty over 18. So I wasted 20 for two sandwiches. Corporate and Idaho department of health has been notified. Also called back to get general managers information and the minors who were working refused to give the first name of the manager or any information to contact to try and avoid me getting dirext info to get ahold of corporate. They appeared to be the general managers grandkids according to the person that walked in and got free drink in his mug that apparently the general manager had sent in. The guy said, "Did your grandma call you guys yet?" They both replied, "no" and he said, "She will be!" They told me that the person was the general managers son. So put the story together and...

I’ve been coming here for years it started with me driving the extra miles to Buhl from the first time we went there Christine was just the sweetest lady came to the point when we walked through the door she never even had to ask what we wanted she knew our order then she slowly worked her way to the filer store which worked out great closer to home her and I believe the other gals name Carlene has always just been so good to my family!!!! We moved away and just haven’t been able to find a subway with fresh bread and cookies and the customer service we received from them I couldn’t wait to go in and feel at home again!!! With fresh bread and a sandwich made just right but instead it turns out that we had wish full thinking after eating my meal very unsatisfied I decided to ask if Christine or Carlene was still around and was told that the store was bought out Carlene was no longer the owner and Christine works maybe 4 days a month we were sad to hear that but could tell the difference in the store!!!! Christine we missed you and the way you made our family feel at home you’re wonderful!!!! But you can tell the place misses you too the service and the food wasn’t the same and the way they talk behind there making our sandwiches was nothing I know you would let be said in front of customers!! I use to recommend this place now I’m unsure unless your in middle school and can blend in but definitely not as a family sit down enjoy...

I came into this subway and as soon as my husband father in law and kids came in Morgan one of the workers was sitting chatting with her boyfriend and did not care to even greet us she was working with another guy named Santiago we ordered 3 6 inch sandwich and two foot longs my husband asked for pickles and she could care less to listen and put mayonnaise on the sandwich witch he would not have cared out he did not hate mayo so we let it go I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki as soon as got to the table to sit down and eat I took a huge bit and my chicken was FROZE I brought it to Morgan and Santiago’s attention Morgan was at this time sitting talking to her boyfriend when I told her that my chicken was frozen she laughed at me and sat at the table I went and sat down waiting for them to attempt to help rectify the situation but no so then Morgan’s friend came from Pizza Hut and Morgan decided to talk with her before coming and talking to me so when she did she once again laughed in my face so I asked what her manager name was and she said he is not here I said I don’t care I will be calling him she told me his name and then once aging laughed like it was a joke I spent 28$ to have her laugh in my face I will be calling the manager
