Arby's — Restaurant in Fillmore

They originally gave me my stuff as to stay after I said I wanted it to go, which wasn’t a big issue, and the lady just gave me a bag to put it in myself. But then one of my sandwiches was wrong, and the other was made horribly. My boyfriend went back in to ask for two replacement sandwiches, and he opened one with his bare hands, said it was fine, and tried to put it back into the bag. My boyfriend said now that he’s touched it with his bare hands, there’s no way we’re taking them back, so the worker threw a fit and made us two new sandwiches, which were also made horribly. I just got two beef and cheddars, there’s three ingredients on it besides the bun, it really shouldn’t be that hard. They really don’t taste that great, they should have been made new but they are barely warm. The employee Mike King was who ‘helped’ us today. Do yourself a favor and go to Taco Johns across the road...

I am a truck driver and needed to stop just to grab something quick. Traveling all over this country I meet all walks of life and I'm getting pretty used to being treated like garbage when trying to just get a quick meal. I can tell this place is relatively new, and the staff is trying to find their footing so to speak.. this is to be expected at any new establishment. But I got to say, you guys are phenomenal I'll definitely be back.

The girl at the front counter (I think her name was Paisley) was awesome, extremely friendly and helpful and demonstrated great customer service. I didn't feel like I was a burden to her as a lot of younger people in customer service act nowadays unfortunately.. the supervisor (didn't get his name.. guy with tatts) was awesome as well. My experience: nice new location. 2 visits, the first visit was weeks ago via drive thru. Purchased 1 of 2 'family special' advertised on the screens. Stopped in yesterday, saw a family special on the outdoor screen and asked if the version we purchased last time was part of that still. The person at the register looked and told us yes, so we got it. As they were preparing it, the manager came and told us that we actually needed a coupon for it. That was only noted by him verbally telling us that and no where else. He reverted our order. I was not personally pleased with his attitude towards us. We did order a non-special, since apparently a coupon is needed for the specials advertised, and more expensive at that.
