The way in which this store operates is truly unbelievable. Their online order function doesn't work. That is, you can place an order and your account will be charged, but the store won't process it until you call them. So that function is worthless. Also, when you do have to call, you had better ask if everything you ordered is still able to be made as apparently they run out of or discontinue certain things based on the phases of the moon or some other bizarre criteria.

If you manage to successfully place an order, start making a table in the garage because you can assuredly bet it will take over an hour for your food to be delivered so you'll have plenty of time to complete any side projects you've been putting off.

I have never left a review before but this was the worst experience!!!! I haven't had east of Chicago in 10 years or more, we were hungry and I liked them back then so I decided to order, obviously. I looked online to see what deals they had. When the driver came I didn't receive a salad that I ordered, my total was 30 for a medium pizza and nacho!!! I was fine with it when I thought that included my salad or I would have canceled!! Without my salad my order should have came to 22 and some change by the prices listed. When we called the manager stated he would do nothing about it, that apparently that was the price. That is not the prices listed!!!! I have NEVER been to a place and they not make it right. I mean a $5 credit for the salad is what I would have done. So you loose 2 customers who spend a lot of money on food for people over $5.00.
