Jack & Jin’s — Restaurant in Findlay

We use to come here all the time. Then it seemed like everytime I ordered we either didn't get one of our meals or I felt like I was being seriously overcharged. So we stopped. Then my husband ordered it a few times and it was super great. A few weeks ago I attempted to order stood in there and was completely ignored and I left. I thought today that we would give it another chance. So I order went to pick the food up. Had to wait a bit which is no big deal but while I was waiting I heard them talking about me. Making fun of me, I may note speak fluent, however my grandmother whom raised me was oriental and taught me a lot and I watched a lot of TV with her so I pick up on things. Fine,I get im not for everyone. Then they proceeded to overcharged me about 20 dollars for my two person meal. Needless too say we will not be going back. My wife and I was looking for something different tonight instead of the same ole,same ole. We went on a recommendation from our son and decided on to try this place for the first time. I ordered Chicken Pad Thai, chicken fried rice (rice doesn't come with meal) seasoned at level 2 and egg roll. The egg roll came first and the first bite blew me away on its freshness & crispy light shell (perfect and not too heavy) then the fried rice (again blew me away) on its rich taste, very moist and no skimping on ingredients. I have tried to order from here three times over the last month. No one picks up the phone. Yes I am calling plenty before closing 2 hours before. I called for over 20 minutes trying to get someone to pick up. End up ordering from someone else and the sign out front is lit up saying open when I drive by to get other food. Not sure if business is just so good they don't need to answer 20-30 minutes of the phone ringing or what. But if you're either not taking calls because you're so busy or you're too busy to answer the phone hire someone to answer phones or just shut off your calls send them to a voicemail that explains.
