Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Findlay

I called this particular establishment and ordered dinner for my house. The business hours on their website say 10:30 a.m. as they're opening time. I was told that our pizza would be to our house within 25 minutes we waited almost an hour before calling because we understand pizza joints get busy especially when it comes to deliveries and we didn't want to be rude or pushy. When I called to check the status the person that I spoke with asked me for my phone number then put me on hold. I hung up and called back because I was on hold for almost 7 minutes. I explained my situation to the same person again only for them to say okay and then put me on hold again. I ended up driving to the establishment and asking about my order only to find out that they did not open until 6:00 p.m. that night. I understand that the employees do not handle orders but the communication between restaurant and call center is horrible and while it wasn't too difficult for me to find a different Pizza Hut to order from this is horrible customer service, do better Pizza Hut, I'm a little disappointed...

The food here is always so good… when they answer the phone. I never leave negative reviews, but every time I attempt to order from this location I have issues. This will be the fourth time I’ve attempted to order over the phone and no one will answer. I refuse to order from the app unless the y answer because TWICE now I have placed my order, the tracker told me our food is being made, and we waited for 2 hours only to find out the store was closed. Absolutely, 100% dissatisfied. So much so, that I tried to order from the tiffin avenue Pizza Hut hoping for a better experience, but they are not allowed to deliver to my house that is 8 MINUTES AWAY because it’s the north main stores area. Last evening ordered pepperoni lovers pizza, boneless wings (a deal right now at 5 bucks with order of a pizza), and the chocolate chip cookie, and had all delivered which is through Doordash. I had to take off a star for inconsistency with the wings - several were small - one small bite versus a two-bite. Also, a $4.49 delivery charge is steep- what is this for- the box? Adding a driver tip in just makes it too costly to get pizza for us very often. How bout a senior (60 plus) and/or a military discount on the delivery charge? - just a thought... BUT on the positive side, the cookie is just sooo good. AND last night's pizza was absolutely perfect - pepperoni spread out perfectly, as was the cheese, both in sufficient quantities and pizza was done just right. Also, the crust was deliciously chewy without being tough with the perfect slight crisp to it. Great...
