Lucky's Tavern — Restaurant in Findlay

First time here since approx 20 years ago. Not alot has changed, although have to admit it was brighter and cleaner than I remembered it being back then. Good selection of typical bar foods. Had the chicken chunks on a bed of fries - well prepared with some marinara sauce and parmesan cheese tossed in. Service was excellent for our group of eight - attentive and accurate except for one order that got delayed. We were there mid-afternoon on a Tuesday and service was efficient-- no apparent staffing issues as we had two servers taking care of us. Overall...

Nice bartender and decent(too huge of a bun, like seriously twice as much bread as necessary)sandwiches. They took about a half hour too(only 10 people in the whole place with one other order coming out of kitchen during this time). Loud obnoxious laughing woman at bar didn't help our experience either, but you can't put that on them. If you stick with just beers this place would be fine. If you have an hour to kill to get a sandwich then alright, but much better eating options in town. Fern and West End Tavern's kitchens are much faster for cheap...

Rod the new owner has done many improvements to make the place friendlier and more enjoyable for the customers who come and go on a daily basis and the ones who show up for the first time in a long time the barmaids and the cook staff do an excellent job at trying to serve you the best possible variety of beers and yummy good enjoyable food I can't see why anybody would leave a bad review I love the place the cops are kind of thick an cruise into the neighborhood but that's a...
